Very nice people but totally ineffective. Waited in line for 40 minutes before anyone was able to see me / help, then took 8 tries to send a simple wire transfer. I have been banking with TD for 20 years now but the last 2 years the service reliability really went down the tube. I’m ready to take my business elsewhere. Very, very frustrating

Awful! I've been calling for WEEKS and nobody will answer the phone and the rare occasion when they do they say "I promise I'll call you back later" and never have.I don't live in the state anymore and need a SIMPLE task done. Does anybody work here or pick up the phone?! Go somewhere else if you need banking

I send several international wires a month. Mr. Clyde Fraser is usually available & he executes these for me. He is professional, knowledgeable, polite and smart. He gets the job done with a smile, no matter how many or how tedious the task. As a matter of fact, all the staff at this branch are delightful and a pleasure to work with. It's a pleasant environment and I enjoy doing business with them.

Only getting this rating because the lady who helped us was extremely nice and professional. But they have a ton of signage in front of the doors that makes you wait in a line to go in. We where waiting over 20 minutes to go in. After seeing multiple people go in we finally went in on our on. Only to have the lady who helped us tell us we did not need to follow the system set on the door. This is ridiculous, TD needs to get it together.

Arriving at the first drive up window at 4:02pm on July 2nd I waited behind another customer until 4:10pm. I rang the bell, after waiting for about 5 minutes. A male Asian American Bank Representative told me that they were closed and that I would have to come back in the am. I appealed for his help. I only needed a document notarized, regarding my recently deceased husband. He just said, you will have to come back tomorrow. He had no problem providing service for the car that drove up at 4:07pm, which was behind me. I am African American female and the person he provided service to was a Caucasian female....not a bank for my business where color obviously matters!! I called the Call Center on July 3rd at 9:10am to lodge complaint and was treated in the same manner by a Caucasian female..WOW!

I made a personal visit since they said not take certain svc request but it got worse after I spent extra hour to be at the branch. I requested to make payment from my business checking for TD CASH credit card account before due date. They assured me it would go through for sure but I got a late pay surcharge with extra interest that the credit dept. won't remove after I explained the situation) after all such efforts not to pass the due date. I had make numerous calls between credit dept and the bank branch but not resoled even after over 1.5 months passed since I was assured for the payment process on time. Please remove all surcharge on your own. NO REASON FOR ANY CUSTOMER TO PAY EXTRA FOR YOUR OWN RIDICULOUS ERRORS and continue to send me the bill!!

This is my favorite bank because the associates are so so nice and welcoming and very helpful. They know your names before you even get to their counter. unlike some other banks, they would say one thing and few days later I get charge a fee for something I'm not supposed to. Td will tell you off hand what to expect and there aren't any fine print. And they closed later so I don't have to rush to the bank after my errands. Every time I go make a deposit, it takes less than 5 mins and I'm out of the bank. There's never any lines and even when there are 3 people on line, there's always someone coming out to assist you.
