We had to change pharmacies not because we were unhappy at Sav-On but because they were located in the Acme and closed with the store. We switched to the Stop and Stop pharmacy for convenience and were very pleasantly surprised with the personal care we received. The pharmacists go out of their way to accommodate and get prescriptions filled and even have gotten coupons to save us money. We have an autistic son who needed a prescription filled before leaving for vacation and they jumped through hoops to have it ready before we left. I highly recommend this pharmacy for their professional and friendly care. They go the extra mile for you.

This pharmacy is extremely rude and unwilling to do work. Basic questions are ignored and the leads, lady named Robin or Rohi and the main pharmacist on Wednesday afternoons just stood there while we tried to figure out various issues that were called about ahead of time. The work got done, just the idea of customer service and being solutions orientated was completed forgotten and unfortunately poor Siddhi Patel, who did try to do everything (and the only reason this is more than 1 star) just couldn’t figure it out and again, the main person didn’t say a single word or help despite being the one that urged our family that everything will be solved in 10minutes upon arrival. Our prescription pickup took close to 1 hour , after a few scared, our family took care of it and had to call the pharmacists back over to clarify the issue which easily could’ve been resolved with the main pharmacist if she just cared to put in some effort.Plenty of pharmacies in Morris plains /Parsippany - just find another one where you’re not a number and they will help you figure things out!

I only have good things to say. The pharmacists have gone out of their way more than once to help me. I like the fact that I can speak to the pharmacist over the phone. Most of the pharmacies I have dealt with only have a voicemail system that prevents you from talking to a human being. I find that very frustrating.

most of the staff is not friendly and give you a hard time/act like they are your doctor, for prescribed medication you've been on for years.

Was so happy to have a young lady name barbara help me while I was checking out at self check. She even went out of her way to do a price check in meat dept ,etc. Great worker and personality. Thank you barbara

I found an associate at this pharmacy to be a very snippy bully to senior citizens. Please, if you should receive uncalled for or disrespectful treatment from this employee when you ask for assistance, tell the store manager. This person could have been my mentor and not my tormentor when I really needed her help. I am hoping that this person maybe had a bad day and is not a bully to people less perfect.

The restrooms for the customers are disgusting not clean ,no toilet paper, soap. spoke to the manager regarding this, three weeks later shopping and bathrooms are still the same. I don't understand how a food store where Food is can have such a dirty bathroom!! note to self don't use the Stop And Shop bathrooms

Stopped on to do some quick shopping for groceries. They have a pretty good selection of items and in some cases a better selection than Wegmans. They have a Starbucks, bank, and small bakery on site; as well as, fresh meats and produce. Always check your receipts and make sure that your shoppers card was scanned and that the scanner takes your your digital coupons. If you have to buy a lot of stuff and you have a choice between Stop N Shop and Wegmans, go to Wegmans; but for a quick shopping trip. Stop N Shop isn't too bad at all. Overall, 3 stars.
