Had to review to constructively critique the lack of knowledge and customer service of existing associates. I walked in this evening and realized the girl covering the associate had no idea what to do or how to help anyone. All products on shelves are messy, dirty and empty. Please hire a new associate. I witnessed this Sephora lose multiple business tonight. And even had a family come up to me thinking that I worked there. Please replace tonight’s associate.

Never a good customer experience. Never greeted. I was only asked one time if I needed anything. There was a shift change last time I was there and the two employees were more worried about getting trained then greeting me or even looking my direction.

They got a lot of stuff here I suppose. Got a pretty good dress shirt for only 4 bux. Come here once in a while and they usually have good sizes as well. Good selection, solid 4 stars.

This Kohl's location is a little bit out there but it has a large parking lot that doesn't get too mobbed by the other stores sharing the same shopping plaza space. It's decently large but when I went, it was totally picked over (probably from all the holiday shopping) but it was easy to navigate and drop of Amazon returns. I love that Kohl's feels like a hybrid between a stand alone and a department store in a much more easy to manage way, but now has the added benefit of amazon returns. I love the Lauren Conrad line that they always carry and am anxious to see if they will build out the partnership with Sephora that I've seen other locations do in the future.

I appreciate how often we see cleaning crews in here - fantastic job being visible and effective. I do my Amazon returns here, which is great when you just need to drop something off - their customer service area is quick and efficient, and I appreciate it! You also get a coupon to buy something at Kohl's when you do the Amazon return - win-win.The one time we bought something, the line was SUPER long and even with a few people working the checkout counters, it was a pretty tedious and long process. Overall, a positive experience!

Useful Amazon dropoff counter for returns, and quick and efficient return that night. Store was quiet but they also gave me a 25% coupon to Kohl's. And somehow am signed up for their discount program? Not sure about info sharing but will see where this goes.Edit: Figured out they had my account from a previous purchase so they coincidentally managed to email at the same time after this return.
