Ben is amazing! He showed me how to use the machines properly and he has great knowledge about fitness training. He is the best instructor I have met till date.

A great gym to work out in. Plenty of equipment, no wait to use any of it, clean and very friendly people at the front desk to answer questions and help when needed.
