I wish I could give these guys a -10 review. The needed a rim change spoke over the phone with Tony to get quote. He told me $30, I wanted to go to them because of the convenient location from my place instead of my regular mechanic. My mechanic told me he would do the job for $25 cash. When I told Tony he agreed for $25. Once my son took the car with the rim he was told that since it comes with the tire he will charge $35. My son went with $30 cash as we were told the original price of $25. When he got there he was told to pay $35 with tax because they have to remove the tire from the rim to replace. He agreed to that. However, when he got there to pay he was given the bill of $47. Upon asking he was told that on top of labor charges they charged extra for debris removal, which he wasn’t aware of. I called the shop to inquire and I was told that since it’s part of the job they had to charge. I told them why it wasn’t mentioned and being transparent about it? They told me that they never had this problem before. That’s not the excuse for being a rip off. My mechanic would have charged $25 with cash no extra charges and even if he had to will still told me the amount beforehand so we know if we agreed to pay . That’s the only thing I was expecting from them too to be clear and transparent if it was affordable for us otherwise we would have gone to my mechanic. We’re very hard working daily wage people. Can’t afford to be ripped off like this. Never going back to this shop again and warning other hardworking people to please save your money and find some place else. They’re simply the thieves. They added $5 for parts what parts they added? I’m so mad at this place and i wish I had known better

Had unusual rattling for months, went to one repair shop who couldn't find anything. Morris Plains Automotive found the loose cover rattling and repaired it within half a day. Exceptional service!

These guys are SCAMMERS! Told them it costs $25 to replace rims, I was charged $35 because the replacement rim was on a different tire and I told them it had to be replaced with my original tire. They charged me $50 for the entire, double the original!! He charged me for extra things which HE NEVER MENTIONED TO ME! I tried these guys out cuz they were close but never again

The worst place to take a Toyota that u didn't buy there, they always tried to charge for everything when u have a Toyota warranty, pay at front even if you have warranty. They will always send u back to that dealership that you bought the car from. The (service)person red hair guy, looks like a Viking sucks in his service and always with an attitude towards Hispanics with white girls as accompany. Be careful racism still applies with the Viking guy.

Always excellent and friendly service! Got a leak in my tire. They fixed it in 15 minutes and got me back on the road. Always bring my cars here for tire, oil, and brake changes. Never had any issues.

I had a flat tire and was worried about whether or not it made sense to replace multiple tires. They were honest and didn't pressure me to pay more than I needed after I asked for an official opinion. Not only that, they were quick (same day), professional, and reasonably priced, including the oil change I needed. Definitely my go to for all services!

I asked about repair service and after one week waiting they give me price twice higher than insurance adjuster and original manufacturer parts costs, refuse to make repair with my parts and charged me for "estimate service"... work as a crook...

I’d recommend Morris Plains Automotive to anyone who asks. We brought both our cars there for several years and are really happy with the service. Straight forward estimates, work has always been done by estimated times. No surprise charges. When we need work on short notice, they try their best to accommodate.
