I didn't like the cleanliness. I paid for the interior and exterior inside the car, they did not vacuum the inside well and when the windshield dried, you could see the streaks from the towel and product they put on it. I had to go over to check and the trunk had dirt. I notified them and they took care of cleaning it. They hadn't even cleaned the rear windshield until I told them.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! This was my first time going to this carwash and I am l left speechless. For the longest time I’ve been trying to find a carwash that can actually clean my interior well and Sparkle Car Wash went above and beyond. I paid for the 5 star treatment which was about $46 (including tax) and they gave me a 6 star treatment! My leather seats were left looking so shiny, the inside of my car smelled so good it didn’t need a car freshener. Overall, I went inside my car and it felt like it was brand new all over again. The place looks aesthetically pleasing, the workers look and are hard working! Unlike other car washes where they put in the minimum amount of effort even though you’re paying for the full service *cough cough Cleanway Car wash, dont go there* AND they even give you a loyalty card which means if you keep coming, they’ll give you a free one! Which I certainly will be doing. Thank you Sparkle Car Wash for your honesty and hard work.

It's not confusing until I went inside I showed the boys they tried to fix it it didn't stay the same I can show you if you want the date time and you check just be more careful Thank you I won't go anymore

Arrived on Saturday at 4pm, an hour and a half prior to close. There was an We’re Open sign out front, but after driving up the entrance was locked and no one was there.

Workers BROKE MY DOOR!!!…I want to get a car wash today and paid for a deluxe cleaning. I was the last customer of the day and unfortunately I tipped before getting into the car only to find that the dash was still dusty and not cleaned. All the workers were driving off and so I figured I’d clean the dash on my own. I stopped off to the store only to find that my door handle was now broken. To open the door, I have to roll down the window and use the outside door handle. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. The service is horrendous. It used to be good but I don’t know what happened. Now in addition to cleaning my own car, I have to get it repaired.

Good place, clean and work good. Casier staff needs to remember that if there are people waiting in line because you're busy talking about lunch with a coworker...eithere share that pizza or wait to eat until you ring us up. ?
