I had a very positive experience at this store. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She made my transaction go smoothly. I didn’t give five stars, because she was the only employee in the store and I had to wait quite a while to be helped while she finished with another customer.

Steffany made this purchase so easy for me. I started browsing and she could tell I needed a first mattress for my 6 year old who was with me. Given her experience, she knew exactly which twin mattress would be perfect and it was a very reasonable price. Check out was smooth and she was able to suggest we use our pickup to save on delivery if we wanted.

My husband and I had such a wonderful experience here! Our Sleep Expert Sue was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She took the time to ask us what we were looking for and truly try out different options before making a decision. 12/10 absolutely wonderful customer service experience! Sue is amazing and we can't thank her enough for her help and attentiveness. I am so glad we decided to stop in today ☺️☺️

The true sign of a great sales associate is evidence of outstanding problem-solving skills, which Steffany has in abundance. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she also anticipated ones I hadn't even thought of. That, along with a seamless ability to draw out not only my immediate needs but also those that may arise because of my physical limitations due to my visible difficulty in walking and standing. I am very grateful for her time and attention and will look forward to recommending her and the "Mattress Firm" to my friends.

Staffany was our sales rep when we visited the store at 8:00 at night!! It was a pleasure working with her in choosing a bed frame and mattress. We came in with not much thought of what we wanted but due to her informative, friendly, patient and accommodating nature, not to mention a sense of humor, she helped us be more at ease. We are very happy with the choice. It was delivered today 3/3/24 and after I dressed up the bed….we LOVE it.
