Absolutely stay away. No customer service in store especially the flooring dept. or on phone. Wait what phone. They don't answer the phone. EVER !!!

Been going there since it opened. Until today I would have ranked it a zero. What I noticed was the older employees, in this instance the males, were great. happy to help and friendly. While the younger females, in this case, one in particular, were rude. I also noticed that when the garden center is 10 deep, no one thinks to open the other register.

A Nice store. Understaffed and rude Employees, make it hard to give any star rating. I paid for a propane exchange, and half hour later, no-one came out. I opted for a refund, Just a waste of time, if you require ANY Customer service!!

I ordered a refrigerator on Sunday when mine broke. Sh curdled the delivery for today, took the day off of work and prepared for the delivery. We have no food in the house because our fridge is broken. When the delivery team arrived they let us know that the fridge was damaged and they they informed the people at Lowe’s before they left the store and even took pictures and they were told to deliver it anyway to see if we would notice. The whole bottom is smashed in. Clearly it couldn’t be delivered and now I am on the phone waiting for someone to answer for over 40 minutes. I have no fridge, a kitchen full of food that was delivered today to go in the new fridge and a wasted day that I had to take from work. I will never buy an appliance from this store again.

Not the best Home Improvement store in the area by any stretch of anyone's imagination but it gets the job done as long as you know what it is you're looking for. Service is practically non existent and prices are anything but [lowe] here, especially when compared to their local competitors. When they first opened up this location a few years back I was really looking forward to having a Lowe's here but to be honest with you, now that I've shopped at this store a few times I definitely could take it or leave it. And That's The Name Of That Tune!!

The good: the employees try to be helpful to a much greater degree than those of the ugly orange box. The bad: Inventory is poor and the website may show large quantities in stock when in fact there are none of the item available. Items are frequently in locations other than those shown on the app. When we ordered a washing machine, the delivery subcontractors rolled up with the wrong model on the first attempt but the right one was delivered and installed the next day with no issues.

The absolute worst service in the world. It's like they do not want you to buy appliances here. Even the saleman was saying go to the website. This is a horrible corporation and horribly run store.

I went to the store to purchase a new range on Monday. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable and the purchase went smoothly. Delivery was set up for Wednesday and on Tuesday night I was called to inform me that it would be between 1030 am and 230 pm. At 5 pm I called the store to get a delivery update. I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and after another 25 minutes was told that the range is in transit and will be delivered by 8 pm. It's almost 8 pm as I post this review and still no delivery or any form of contact. I'll be at the store when they open to cancel the order and get a refund. I can't wait for that fight.

Could possibly be the worst Lowe's in NJ. Don't even bother calling. This miserable place is full of unmotivated workers who take zero pride in their job. Very sad and pathetic!

My huge/heavy bathroom vanity was delivered completely cracked. I immediately called to return it for a new one and they told me my only option was to physically bring it back to the store. I can't lift it and don't have a vehicle that it will fit in. They said because Fedex delivered it, it's not Lowe's problem (even though that's the carrier they've chosen to make their deliveries). After days of 1-2 hour long calls/being on hold, they told me to get in touch with Justine at the Morris Plains store. She has always "just left for the day" and never calls back. The customer service is horrific, and they have no clue what they're doing.

We had keys made at the Minute Key kiosk. All 3 keys did not work and when we went to customer service they said we had to contact the company directly. However there is a sign on the machine that states we could get a refund. Horrible customer service at Lowe's.

My husband, a Veteran, and I ordered cabinets on May 11,2022 in the Hanover Ave, Morris Plains NJ store. After 3 months of no communication we pursued the order. Only to find out they were never ordered by Mona. The store manager Ryan, repeatedly lied to us, dodged phone calls and in store visits. After contacting Diamond directly, we were informed they were only ordered on 8/17/2022. Ryan felt compensation of 32% was sufficient for all his lies and deceit. Apparently, this is good customer service! My husband and I will never set foot in a Lowes store again. And Veteran friendly is definitely not the truth!

Was on the phone with Lowes Corp, they transferred me directly to this lowes, after being put on hold, they picked up the phone and didnt bother to do anything. Heard some key presses and these morons transferred us directly to a survey. Total waste of time. Will be going to Home Depot for our purchases. Never Deal With Lowes

I have had the most AWFUL online ordering and customer service experience with this Lowe's. It started with buying a ladder online in June for my dad for Father's day. That order was "delayed" for over a month so I finally called their customer service to find out.. IT WAS NEVER ORDERED. I had a pending transaction on my card for the month though so clearly it was ordered. I had to then reorder the ladder then I finally get a call that it's ready to pick up. My dad goes on his way home from work and WAITS AN HOUR JUST TO BE TOLD IT ISN'T THERE. At this point we are beyond furious so he just has them deliver it to our house. Nearly two weeks have passed and I have had zero contact from them about my order, so I call customer service AGAIN. When some man finally answers the phone he tells me that I need to be "transferred to a manager" so I wait for this "manager" for 20 minutes and the call hangs up!! I call back and wait on hold for 30 minutes no answer even though I had just spoken to a person. Do not waste your money at this incompetent store. Nearly two months since my initial order I decide to give up trying and go to Home Depot, which has much better customer service and supply chain management.
