“I brought my pair of 27-year-old eye glasses that had recently broke to Lou and he did an AMAZING job of welding them back together again. Plus, dealing with him and his wonderful wife, Rita, was an amazing experience in and of itself. They were both so personable and genuine and down-to-earth. This is my first experience at a privately-owner jewelry store and I have to say that I will never again go back to buying from a corporately owned store. The customer service you get here made me a customer for life. (Plus, they had a gorgeous silver ring there which they made themselves and I got my boyfriend to buy it for me. ; ) They have a large selection of uniquely crafted pieces that they make themselves that you won't find in a corporately-owned store where every piece has thousands of replicas. )”
