I am so happy that our contractor Hernz Home Improvements had recommended to work with Faith at General Plumbing Supply for our plumbing fixtures! Faith was AMAZING!!
Faith is incredibly helpful, professional and knowledgeable. When I had exchanges to make she made it seamless. She also made sure when we needed a new part for our shower just before the inspector was coming to have it available for me to pick up immediately — it was definitely a time crunch and not her problem but she made sure we had what we needed to get the job done!
We also went through Faith for our bathroom vanity (which was totally a lesson for me of trust the professionals because I thought I could order from Wayfair and that did not work out!). I’m glad my mistake didn't work out because now we have a much better quality Kohler vanity that works perfectly in our space! Once again, Faith saved the day when my Wayfair purchase backfired and she not only took me in the show room same day, but had it shipped to our home the next morning to not slow the project down.
I highly recommend working with Faith, she is an absolute gem!
Our bathroom vanity, matte black plumbing fixtures, toilet and deep soaking tub were all purchased through Faith.

We are remodeling our bathroom and headed to General Plumbing Supply to select all the equipment and fixtures we needed. We arrived to meet with Heather, with an idea for a color scheme but not much else. She quickly pulled together multiple options for us, giving us a number of selections to choose from. She offered great suggestions and was always asking for our likes and dislikes. General Plumbing Supply has a huge number of fixtures, toilets, vanities, shower heads, drawer pulls, etc. Everything we needed for our remodel. Heather's knowledge of the inventory available from a large number of companies offering similar pieces was invaluable. We were able to make informed decisions and I believe that after our remodel we will be very happy with our selections. Thank you to Heather and General Plumbing Supply!
