This Chase Branch is filled with a number of great people looking to help you and meet your needs. Jason is one of my favorite people to work with. No matter what your bank account looks like, he creates a genuine relationship with his clients, and if needed, "fights" for you without judgement. He breaks down things that are easy to understand, is professional, and relatable. This is definitely one of the better branches in the area; so, I recommend coming here for all your needs. Ultimately, the "con" for Chase Bank is their over-the-phone customer service and malfunctions in the app. Customer service (phone) was ultimately why I decided to take my business elsewhere after over a decade of banking with Chase.

I woke up this morning to find out someone hacked our account and routing numbers to purchase baby & toddler supplies. People are really out here having kids when they obviously cannot afford it & then making it my problem. However, Chase Bank in Morris Plains (specifically Devin Hatchard) was phenomenal in helping us over the phone rectify the problem in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend him for anyone that uses Chase to bank. Thank you, Devin!

The people are what make an organization. They are the ones that create a "hit" or "miss," for you. Own personalities, customer service skills, way of handling stressful/situations. Which is why, you have to love the organization, so you can fall back for it when you meet wonderful people - or stick around bc of all the benefits, when the people miss your mark. This branch has had a lot of changes over the years, including ridding itself of a manager that didn't exemplify Chase. There's a great group of advisors here that truly look out for all of their customers, and happier tellers with friendly demeanor (thanks to new management). I won't go anywhere else.

This bank treats me as if I were a billionaire. Of my 64 years dealing with banks. That includes, Bank of America, TD Bank, and Wells Fargo, which I thought was the worst. Only once, I had an issue with an under educated female manager. She did not know her job enough, made it difficult for me, and I believe that was obvious. She was no longer there shortly after that.. Best Bank

If your not a private client (high roller) at this branch then you will be quickly over looked. This location is always crowed ever since they closed 2 smaller branches near by. I will be switching to a bank that appreciates all of their customers.

Every time I walk in here I receive A+ service. Everyone is extremely attentive to any banking need I have, even ones that don't make them any money. Clearly the management has put a priority on making sure everyone is well trained here.
