“This store is always clean and easy to find people to help. There is one employee in particular who helps at the self checkout area. We have encountered her a few times and she is always on top of it when the self checkout machine inevitably has an error. Most other stores I go to with self checkout don't have people nearby who are ready to help as quickly and efficiently as this woman is.”

They were very accommodating with working around my schedule for delivering the materials. The delivery was very professional and organized. I was impressed! Not a drop and run like some places. “This store is a rare gem! I was visiting my daughter over Thanksgiving and the microwave died and of course my tools a miles away in VA. These folks had the torque bit I needed to remove the case and the time delay fuse needed for the repair. I didn't need to buy a kit of bits I didn't need or a package of 5 fuses I'd never use. Businesses with helpful, knowledgeable people close every day. This is one that certainly needs preservation. Very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for.”

“I required a unique piece to repair an old Franke faucet. I went to Hanover Supply in Chatham and Dave assisted me. This part was not in stock and was difficult to find. The entire staff was helpful in the search and it eventually required that Dave use a similar part from another brand of faucet that he had in stock. This required more than one trip to Hanover Supply to finally get it right. It also required that Dave think outside the box in order to meet my needs. Dave was very attentive and unrelenting in his search for the part that I required. I would highly recommend anyone that has plumbing needs to go to Hanover Supply in Chatham, NJ.”
