“I am extremely pleased with the customer service from Ashley the manager who was able to get me in the same day with a banker for a personal loan . Michael Palmer one of the bankers in this location was by far my best experience with a banker ever and the energy to help me out to get approved was outstanding (very helpful). i just got approved yesterday for a personal loan and got the funds today. Now believe i'm not writing this review because i got approved , i'm writing this review because of the guidance and excellent quality of customer service from Ashely and Michael .

“This Chase Branch is filled with a number of great people looking to help you and meet your needs. Jason is one of my favorite people to work with. No matter what your bank account looks like, he creates a genuine relationship with his clients, and if needed, "fights" for you without judgement. He breaks down things that are easy to understand, is professional, and relatable. This is definitely one of the better branches in the area; so, I recommend coming here for all your needs. Ultimately, the "con" for Chase Bank is their over-the-phone customer service and malfunctions in the app. Customer service (phone) was ultimately why I decided to take my business elsewhere after over a decade of banking with Chase.”
