A very enjoyable experience! The store has understated elegance. The staff were young, attentive and helpful, without overdoing it. They made no attempt to sell us anything we didn't come looking for. We bought a pair of earrings that she helped us find in a very big catalog. We also upsized a ring, redesigned a charm necklace, and sold them some 80-year old jewelry. With two jeweler-owners in the store at the time, this all came off smoothly. Everything was ready in less than a week.
