Went to Lowe's Morganville NJ went to buy several hundred dollars of Tools . There was no one in tool area for at least 20 min I went to find someone to help me he paged someone waited another 15 min in tool area No one came to help me. I definitely Don't recommend this store and I think Home Depot has much more knowledgeable help or jst help in general . It was clear to me No one working in this Lowe's cared that I walked out . The store is on Auto pilot no wonder there closing stores . It never was this way . This store is definitely miss managed and u Dee staffed . Go to Home Depot if you want help with a purchase .

Who says you can't get customer service from big box stores? A big shoutout to Ryan in plumbing department of the Marlboro store. Not only was he helpful but also knowledgeable about products (rare nowadays) . Thanks for the pleasant shopping experience.

Lowe’s employees are great.
The store 100% lost my order AFTER I PAID AND ARRANGED DELIVERY obviously didn’t deliver items for a bathroom renovation.
Aside from at least a two week delay to deliver materials, Lowes has cost me almost $1500 in costs for dumpster and plumbers.
I’m unbelievably upset with Lowes.
To reiterate the employees are great and tried to help but a corporate computer issue was the problem.
Frustrated is not the word.

I recently discovered that a yet to be used appliance I purchased had a defect. Although it was past the store policy time to allow an exchange, one of the managers was able to help me. I explained the situation, showed him pictures of the problem item, and, as a courtesy, allowed me to do an exchange. His name is Dhaval and allowing me this grace will keep me a loyal customer of Lowe's, and this store, for many years to come.

I always felt that this Lowes had the best customer service, but today they definitely went above and beyond. One of their employees, I believe his name is Rasco noticed that I had just shut my finger in my car door. He immediately offered to help and went back inside for some ice. In the mean time as I am standing next to my car, not being able to move or even take a look at my hand which was in so much pain, John walked out and seeing me there holding my hand ask if I was ok. And to make a long story short, they took care of my hand and made sure that I was able to drive home. I don't know what I would've done without their help. This store is truly blessed to have such wonderful people working here. Thank you both so very much, and from now on I will be shopping in this Lowes a lot more.

First timer and as always Lowe's rocks . Very helpful customer service . Wish there could be more employees but who ever worked there , were very helpful. As always , everything is marked so well and easy to find . Lots and lots of parking available and good prices overall. Thumbs up to the team !

This place is the worst Lowe's I've ever been in. Hands down understaffed and management just sitting around talking doing nothing. Waited in line five minutes with one register open as a manager sits and laughs with fellow employees.

Online order arrived with incorrect items, truck driver speaks zero English. Sent it back. Called the store and got no where. Second truck arrives with a destroyed prehung door they forgot the first time. I bring it back and they want to charge a restocking fee? How about a refund and you give the $65 delivery charge back too? I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again.

Stay away from this location. I ordered a fridge July 1st after calling the store to confirm it was in stock. I did this because I looked online and called another store asking for earliest delivery date. That store said the online stock is not accurate and they didn't have it. So I confirmed with Marlboro location and was told they had it and could deliver it as early as July 7th. I got a call July 6th saying they did not have it in stock and it would be delayed until July 20th. This is unacceptable. Why wasn't I informed of this 2 week delay until the day before delivery? I should have been told last week. Why can't they keep an accurate updated record of their stock, or have someone go into the back to physically check? I was without a fridge for a week, and now I am told I will have to wait another 2 weeks, with no guarantee that it will arrive at that time either. I spoke to 3 people on the phone and they had no viable recourse, other than to cancel my order. There are too many options to consider this location.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have never shopped at Lowe's before, I have always been a Home Depot customer and this one experience at Lowe's was one to ensure I NEVER will return to any of the locations. After ordering a bbq and continuously receiving notifications my order is delayed, which is annoying but understandable due to covid, i finally get the long awaited email my bbq will arrive on Saturday from 8-8. So here i sit. No phone call, no follow up. It's 5 pm. I am wondering if this will ever happen so i call the number on the receipt for an hour before i finally get a guy in doors to answer. He finds the bbq, tells me "oh yeah, it's in the back we don't deliver to Brooklyn". Like i have any idea why the bbq is not at the closest location to me. "Im just the messenger." I ask for a manger and after another 30 minute hold so gentleman with a stutter so bad i can barely understand him. This is super awkward but also so frustrating as i just want to know what is going on and this person can barely form a sentence. He finally Kurtz out "you have been issued a refund." Wtf? I have been waiting for weeks and now there is no effort to help your customer at all when you screw up?!? Screw you Lowe's. Your organization clearly has no control over your own logistics. Even worse your people could have given a shit less about the customer's experience. No one noticed you had a bbq in New Jersey for a Brooklyn resident? Is everyone there so incompetent you couldn't even call me? I had to hunt someone down in the store. Piss off. Back to home depot I go, for delivery from my local store (cause their site allows me to pick where I am ordering from) and my bbq will be here tomorrow for a 8.95 fee. Never fucking again Lowe's. Never again. Save yourself the trouble and go to Home Depot. At least they have decent customer service.

Worst customer service I've experienced in years. Rude associate, 20s , thin, totally ignored me requesting his assistance. Then another associate who was supposed to cut the lumber I was about to purchase but was also rude and unhelpful, told me " I'm not going to do it tonight!" I asked to speak with the manager on duty at the cashier area and again was met with rude questions asking me WHY i wanted to speak to a manager, My second trip to Lowe's in my life.... and the last!! Back to Home Depot forever for me!
