“I had a great experience purchasing my engagement ring for my fiancée. My brother and I went in prepared with all diamond and ring information I had researched and with idea of creating a custom ring. Robert and Maria helped me right away. They are very professional and know what they're doing. Maria helped to sell me on a natural diamond (which I am very glad I decided to go with) and guided me through the ring creation process by emailing me and messaging me frequently over the course of the customization process. Robert helped find the perfect diamond, designed the ring, figured out how many diamonds and how much material would be needed, and quoted me on the price all within a couple hours and also while dealing with silly comments/conversation from my brother and I (very funny guy I must say). I also received a discount on the ring that was greater than any other store or seller I had contacted previously, which was an added bonus! My beautiful ring came in within about 6 weeks and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this Jared store for engagement ring purchases, and I highly recommend the services of Robert and Maria. I will absolutely be coming here again for future jewelry purchases!”

I came in to fix a very frail necklace and it was fixed within the expected time range. Make a long story short there was a mix up, which now I believe could have been on my side. They were absolutely amazing and ensured I felt comfortable with the options provided to resolve my issue. “I absolutely love shopping here! The quality of their handbags and jewelery are fabulous. I am personally obsessed with the Tom Clansy artist! The personalized shopping is always helpful and fun. Bottles of water and a nice snack is a nice touch. All of the woman go above and beyond to be helpful and work so nice with one another, as well as interact with other customers. It is an overall a really nice experience. I looked online through the website and reserved a few pieces, and when I got to the store, they were already pulled. It was so easy! I picked up a few more things once I was in there. They wrapped everything up that I wanted, and out the door I went. It was awesome! I just had to share... And then i paid for it. Great local family business (originally was in Wall Peddlers Village which is gone) but I found him again in Middletown. Holmdel. Worth a 30 minute drive for quality and value!Update. 6/3/23. OWNER & his nephew can DESIGN custom jewlery as well.. Family business for over 50 years ( ive only been a customer for 22 years though) prices might be slighlty higher but appraises out much higher in writing.
