“I switched over to this credit union from Bank of America when they were threatening to charge a monthly fee for using our debit cards. It annoyed me so much I decided I'd rather support a smaller, more family oriented banking institution. What I love about this credit union: -personalized service- people already know my name! -very old school- call in and they'll mail you a check -only $5.00 to open an account -my immediate family members can join -low as heck interest rates on car and personal loans -exempt from paying car loan in summer months because I'm in education What's not so convenient: -not as many ATM's available -outdated interent and bill pay services -when checking account online, transactions don't always post immediately I'm going to stick with them for a while and see if I can grow some patience while working on not being just another person who needs everything done for me at lightning speeds.”

“This location is one of the best branches I have ever visited for chase… don’t even know where to start from when it comes to complimenting the location, interior, staff or the service – everything over all for be was a 10/10 without any questions –Ill start by listing the issue that I had recently added my wife to my account at another branch in new brunswick NJ and had that account for about 10years – for some odd reason chase decided that they needed my SSN to be on file after 10 years of the account and without even notifitying me they ended up closing the account – I walked into the branch at marlboro explaining and trying to look for a soltions immediately I was helped and told a soltion was being put together one of the team members by the name of george assisted me and not to mentione we were on hold by the coroparte for about an hour before an answers came about – Later george told me that we should be good by tomorrow he has submitted the forms that they need to activate the account – Next day without me even calling in or checking I received a call from Louis John Rizzo who was the branch manager – He is a great personality who really I would say enjoy what is does not only that he honestly will go out of his way to help you for your trouble caused by the bank –I was not even expecting anyone to call me to notify me that the issues is still on going – Later that whole day Louis kept me updated trying to find a solution for the account to get activated – unfortunately, corporate was not that nice so, at the end we had no option but, to open a new account – With the holidays coming I advised Louis that I needed the new account on urgent basis due to the fact that I need to make credit card payments thru a new account – Louis than set me up with a similar personality Bindu Memon who helped me opening an account – With very less time she was very proactive and got me setup with an new account in just about 10 min –This was by far the best banking experience I have had – I appreciate everything these guys did at this branch. They all definitely deserve it if anyone is reading this lol …”
