I came to this location to cash a check and the teller Debrah decided to give me a hard time about identifying the account that I’ve had for over 20 years (longer than she’s been with the company) because she “didn’t know me.” Never mind that I provided my debit card, pin, and ID. I ended up there after closing time and getting my money anyway after she had to get help identifying my account.

Called Wells Fargo at 10:30am to make an appointment for my husband and I to put a document into our safety deposit box. It will take us one minute to add the sheet of paper to our box which we have had since 1975. The bank person said someone from the bank would call us back to set up a time. We finally got a call from the bank at 12:00, an hour and a half later. The voice said we would have to wait until next week to get access to our box. WHY THE WAIT?????? This is ridiculous.

Delran store manager who hold me for half hour and didn't help me made me so mad left the branch, came to this branch. Omg the teller was so nice. Unfortunately I forgot her name, but she was a blonde lady. Very pleasant, very professional! Thank you so much for your service

I usually love Wells Fargo but my most recent experience wasn't great at all. I recently moved to Florida and needed checks to pay my rent so while home for Christmas I stopped in to order some. The banker was super nice and the experience was wonderful the issue came after the fact. It's now been 3 weeks since I put in the order and I haven't received the checks yet. This seemed like way to long of a wait so I called the bank to check on them. Turns out they have my address correct in the system but when they generated the checks they generated the wrong address and they were sent and delivered to the wrong place!Super worried about who has them now so I'll be keeping an eye on my account. The woman on the phone was super nice and is expediting me new checks but that doesn't change the fact that some random person could now have access to my account.

This branch gets 5 stars simply because it's absolutely beautiful inside. The building is very old and we'll preserved. They also have decorations, all of which are antiques. If you are in the area and need to bank go inside instead of hitting the drive through worth the walk from the car.
