My recent visit to this Verizon store was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I came in hoping to activate the E-sim on my new iPhone, but instead of receiving the help I needed, I was told I had to go to another location in Berlin, New Jersey, nearly 30 minutes away, because it was supposedly the only corporate store equipped to handle my request.
Upon arriving at the recommended location, I discovered that this was not the case at all. In fact, any authorized Verizon store could have assisted me with the E-sim activation. It was a blatant misrepresentation of their capabilities, wasting my time and causing unnecessary inconvenience.
What struck me the most was the lack of empathy and genuine assistance from the staff. It seemed their primary concern was pushing customers to specific locations, perhaps driven more by corporate policies than by actually helping customers in need.
This experience left me feeling disillusioned and frustrated with Verizon’s customer service. As someone who values efficiency and honesty in customer relations, I expected better. It’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of transparency and customer-centricity, especially when simply activating a feature on my phone shouldn’t be this complicated.
I hope Verizon can address these issues to improve customer experiences in the future. This incident occurred yesterday (July 18th) around 7 pm, adding to the disappointment of an already frustrating evening.

This store representatives are very rude. I was a little upset with the long-haired representative. When I mentioned it to another agent, he was like ..mistakes happens with everyone, and they were sending most of the customers back.. I was in the store calling customer service and for those 15 minutes .. these 2 representations are not in the store, always sitting backside in the store chatting... 2nd representative told me if you have to show attitude, you have to get out of the store(it's just that i complained about his team representative).. I was shocked and asked him why should I get out.. you are an employee, he said I'm the manager.. if you don't leave, I will call cops.. I said good.. please call cops and let them check the store camera recording .. If I miss behaved anything.. they will get to know.. being a verizon employee, how he could be so unprofessional or any customer even if they have issues .. they are in store to solve our issue .. if the customer is good or bad.. they should be able to handle any customer with ease and polite manner.

Jason sold me a phone charger and a new case when I was driving to Philly and needed to pick up a few accessories for my phone. Although I have T -mobile jason has convinced me to make the switch over to verizon due to his professional salesman skills and attention to detail. 5 stars for Jason!!!!

What an amazing experience with Anthony! I was the ultimate challenging customer and he was so patient and so helpful. I thought about feeling him out for a position at my company but he told me how much he loved Verizon and his position. He said Verizon is a great employer. Hope Verizon appreciates Anthony as much because the type of service he provides just doesn’t seem to exist anymore. Thank you, Anthony & Verizon for an exceptional customer experience!!?
