I've purchased a couple of sticks online thru Universal Lacrosse for my son. The first time the experience was great. This second one however, not so much. Obviously my son is eagerly awaiting his new twig but I've been unable to log into the website to track my order for two days. I called the support number and they claimed I ordered the gear 6 days after I actually placed the order and gave me the run around about 24-48 hrs for prep + 72 hrs for stringing. I've been waiting 8 days and it's still 'processing' (not that I can log into their site to check). Ugh. Another game my son will have to use his backup twig - regional quarterfinals no less![UPDATE] - The Universal Lacrosse team did everything they could to help rectify the situation. So I'll bump up the stars for good customer service after the fact. Thank you!

One of the best places around for all things lacrosse. Sure you can order from a box store on line but you're not going to get the knowledge and expertise or the ability to try things on and get the feel for equipment before you buy. They're in a new location but have been around for decades!

was not happy that they moved now that it is a longer ride for me but I will still keep going as long as Keith is there. He is the only reason I still go to a store to buy my gear. Let my daughter try out multiple sticks with different pocket stinging set ups so she could choose what she liked best. They custom strung her pocket perfectly. Great service!

Brought our Goalie head/stick in to be strung. They completely missed stringing the pocket to the neck. Not a good first time impression. Didn’t find out about the bad string job until game time when the ball slipped out and ended up being a goal. Took the stick back and didn’t expect an attitude and an argument to get it fixed. Keith should be ashamed of himself for missed this stringing and poor customer service. I’ll definitely go somewhere else in the future.
