Very dissatisfied with the move - the central office staff is very nice and accommodating but the same cannot be said for the moving staff. Most of the requests / add-ons we signed up for with the central office were not honored by the moving team and they acted as if they hadn't heard anything. As a cherry on top, movers did not pack things properly (suits on hangars were thrown into a box instead of put in wardrobe boxes which we paid for, glass items broke, etc.). Called the company and left a voicemail after the move and people have yet to call me back.

I used Two Guys & a Truck to move last Friday. There were 4 guys in the crew from the Moorestown location. All very nice, polite & helpful. They did a great job taking care of my things. I will be using them again as well as recommending them toall my friends & family.

Nas and D were amazing. They asked questions, took and gave suggestions and were a pleasure to have in our space. They were efficient and effective. I'll be using Two Men and a Truck for all moving needs moving forward. I'll also be requesting this dynamic duo!

Very smooth move from Philly to Princeton. 3 hours end to end including an hour drive. Everything arrived safe and sound. Mover team asked questions whenever they weren't sure about what to take or where to put something. Highly recommend.

Update: they did show up on time, but broke my desk in the move. Also I paid cash and then saw I was charged another $385 on my card I paid the down payment with. I called but no call back.
Horrible experience. Was told movers would be here between 12-2 maybe earlier. They called at 4 pm to say they would be here by 4:30. My apartment has moving hours that end at 5. They didn’t even call me to say they were running late, I had to call them. Driver said there was a miscommunication. So I could not move and have to wait another week to do so now. Massive inconvenience and the manger didn’t seem to really care. Let’s see if they show up on time next week.

I would strongly recommend you do NOT use Two Men and a Truck. I'm not someone who leaves a lot of reviews, but I want to warn the public about this company. I contracted with this company to move objects from NJ to Fl. What you should know is that each location is a franchise and operates independently. So if there is an issue, each franchise will blame the other.
In my case, for a small move (2 crates), the company lost two valuable wall mirrors. The delivery franchise (Florida) claimed they never got the mirrors to deliver. The pick up franchise (NJ) claimed they never picked up the mirrors. This is even after the mirrors were listed on the inventory sheet.
I understand stuff happens, but when I contacted the pick up franchise, they insisted that they never picked up the mirrors even though I literally saw them put the mirrors on the truck. They will ignore you and/or not return phone calls if you have an issue with them.
Use them at your own peril.

The worst movers ever used. The movers were unprofessional, they damage our furniture and truley didn’t care about our belonging. At one point they dropped my tv infront of me and just laughed. I can go on and on how bad the experience was, would never recommend

We were nervous to hire a moving company because our stuff had been packed away in multiple storage units for over a month. We had heard horror stories about moving companies overcharging, under delivering, and damaging customers belongings in the process. As soon as we began working with Two Men and a Truck Moving we were glad we took the leap to find a company. From start to finish Two Men and a Truck exceeded our expectations. The office team was incredible in making sure our quote was accurate and explaining the process. The week leading up to the move they called to confirm and made sure we didn't have any other questions before the move. The day of movers were prompt, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. Jibreel, Andre, Hill, Kyle, and Julio were and all star team! They finished the move in record time and made our move so smooth. We would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck!

There were three guys that worked on my move (Dae' Tear, Andrey and Timothy) and they were the absolute best. They worked so well together, none of my furniture was damaged, and they communicated everything about the process to me. All I had to do was point out what to move and when we got to the destination, I simply showed them where everything was supposed to go. They also paid close attention to where I specifically wanted the furniture located in each room so I didn't have to rearrange anything when they were gone. They made everything so easy and I was really impressed with how quickly they worked. These guys were truIy professionals and the office team was great as well. They give you a call the day before to go over the move and if you need to add a few things to the list of items, you can do so. The price I was quoted was also suprisingly reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again. They took all of the stress out of moving and I am so grateful for their help.

Unprofessional and inconsiderate drivers. They blocked me in a parking space at the doctor's office, leaving their truck unattended. And open parked behind my vehicle, I was unable to get out of my space for 10 minutes. I saw one of the men come out of a building. I didn't know he was the one driving the truck until later. He looked right at me and did not even attempt to move his vehicle. I blew my horn several times no one ever came finally. I was able to get out of the space but they made me late for my appointment where there was plenty of other places they could have parked without blocking vehicles in.

Cannot recommend this company enough. The communication was clear and straight to the point as far as the pricing and when to expect the movers. When the moving team did come they were kind, respectful and so efficient!

This was my second move with Two Men and a Truck. The first was to move my brother into storage, the second was to move him into an apartment. Both times were smooth and easy. Thank you to Charles, Chris, and Sircarr for your hard work and professionalism.
