NEVER NEVER NEVER PURCHASE OR HAVE SERVICE DONE HERE I took 5 of my watches here for battery replacement and one being a scuba dive watch I use diving had paid extra to vacuum seal. couple days later it rained and water got into watch, see photo. readers digest version 6 round trips they broke my watch and was rude about it...I talked to a Rebecca S. ..Dereks secretary she was argumentative, rude, arrogant. I had to take them to court and received a judgement against them $724 This all took over a year... it was all about principle.. all I ask for was a new scuba dive watch but only offer 50% off meaning no accountability on their part. They are all over priced but I originally felt buy local... boy that was a mistake in their case. I spent thousands at their store for myself and gifts...this how they thank me..one watch could of sold a dozen

I like Time After Time in the Morristown Mall very friendly atmosphere great service excellent watch repair very careful not to scratched my Movado case.

Got my battery replaced 3 months ago and my watch showed a low battery indicator. The guy said my watch is broken but the battery is good and put in another battery to show that it was my watch. 3 months later my battery died and I decided to go to Rapid Repair Jewelers which is literally a stand right next to Time After Time. No low battery indicator light. The watch is working totally fine. The guy at Time After Time most definitely put in a used battery and screwed me over. DON'T GO THERE. They'll rip you off.

Brought my son there for a birthday present so that he could pick out a watch. After looking at a couple different options we chose the one he wanted and paid. I was told to come back as they sized the watch. We walked down a bit and both the jewelry store and Boscovs had the watch cheaper(25%). I went back to the person that helped us and she said they don't honor price matching and wouldn't even entertain a refund. I have not even took the watch yet. Poor customer satisfaction and experience. Business that wants return customers shouldn't treat customers that way. I will not do business with them in the future!

Don't take any repairs to this place. They had my watch for 3 months. I called several times to find out what was going on. The girls are sooooRude & Unprofessional. I tried calling the main corporate office to complain but always went to a recording. Finally got my watch back & still was broken.

I went in just to have a spring bar replaced on my watch. The person who helped me out was very friendly, and did a nice job, and very fast. When I asked how much I owed…they said “nothing.”In this day and age, a business providing a minor but very necessary service free of charge is really impressive.It’s a little bit of a drive to this location for me, but because of the service I got and the way I was treated, I’d be happy to give them my business.

A bit overpriced.. I was charged 20 dollars for taking links out of my watch. The customer service overall was subpar. I will not be returning.

The store manager katherine was great I went thier and she was great. I am sorry to say I went back to cherry hill mall were I bought my G-Sock watch this past Sunday 1-15-20 @ 1100 am I went to the stand had a problem resetting my time on my watch and the only person thier could not help me so she said her manager would be in at 1200pm or so went around the mall for a little while and came back to the stand the manager was thier I told her and she just gave me a dirty look I said just tell me and I'll reset it and she told me to grab the adjusters button and I touch another button and she was real nasty like if I new what I was doing but I said last time I buy a watch from that stand or mall at that need training in customer service. Decently go to moorestown mall next time

I’ve had a few interactions at this store, none really superb. First, the workers there are friendly, but I don’t believe they’re very knowledgeable on what they’re doing.

Horrible, if you buy pandora just go to the pandora store. They don’t even give you the original packaging. They give you a cheap dollar store box. Taking my business elsewhere from now on. When I called all I got was well it is what it is. Unprofessional.

Best customer service of any store in Moorestown Mall! Their employees replaced my watch bands in a few minutes, and actually assisted me in finding the correct bands.
