The management is terrible. Especially, the new manager is very mean. She's asked for an unreasonable request in my first week training, such as I have to run the machine fast while I'm still in training. The cell leader didn't let you run the machine by yourself, and the manager requested me to run it fast. How? I had a lot of improvement in the second week, but she kept saying I didn't have any improvement. I started to run the machine by myself on the third week, then she let me go in two days. I've never seen a mean manager like this one...evil
