Michele has proven to be invaluable to our company. She is proficient not only with Quickbooks, but with all other aspects of what it takes to successfully run a business. Michele has been extremely helpful in organizing account receivable/payable including tax obligations. She has provided us with time saving solutions and has streamlined the way we now operate our company. She also has the talent to teach/train Quickbooks in such a way that if additional explanations are needed, she will patiently demonstrate and review everything until we understand. Michele is a real pro. She made it easy for my small business to select the best Quickbooks product for our business needs. She and her team were responsive and assisted us with the installation. Michele made sure that we understood the new functionality of our upgrade from Quickbooks Desktop. She also provided us with tips, resources, and shortcuts to save us time. Michele has been extremely helpful updating our processes. She has helped me with 2 companies, my electrical business and property management. We put in place automated bill entry and collection and now we pay everything electronically. She also set us up with Intuit payments to get paid quick and lastly, payroll for job costing. Our team enjoys working with her too.

We really needed help with preparing 1099's for our sub-contractors last year, Michele absolutely knew her way around the process and trained us on how to keep track and prepare them moving forward. She also implemented new practices; we now do job costing so we can analyze where and how we are most profitable. It has been a complete game changer!
