The experience at this location was the worst I have encountered at any staples location. The representative at the print services was extremely rude and truly showed that she could care less. I do not remember her name but this is not the person who should be representing Staples. Customer service is the job she signed up for and she can't give BASIC courtesy to the customers. I should not have to come to staples to get a service which I would have to pay for and deal with such unprofessionalism. I will not be going back to this location going forward.

Ben, in the print center, is amazing! He's always so helpful with getting my print jobs done as quickly as possible and with great quality! Staff has always been helpful and kind.

I asked for assistance with finding the correct ink cartridge and RON seemed EXTREMELY irritated. He told me I could have just googled it myself! That’s terrible customer service! He then rang me out and the manager asked him to call someone else and relay a message and he said “ why can’t you”. All infront of the customers! He then did call the person and said idk why the manager couldn’t do it his damn self it’s not like he was actually doing anything. He was very rude!!!! Next time I may go to Best Buy.

Genuinely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Lady manager is literally clueless. All staff is very unmotivated and could careless to help anyone out. It took me over 10 mins before someone even addressed me standing around waiting. Joke of a store. As I type this there is 1 person at checkout, 2 at print, and 2 at the other station. 3 customers including myself. Do the math. Manager is clueless.

Service was awful, came in early for a print job, emo Toby Maguire was upset and gave me attitude because I was early even though I paid for expedited. Grumpy printer lady came over and mentioned my name as she complained and cursed me out. I just left afterwards, worse printing experience lol.

Go to anyone but Meredith for help. She is absolutely miserable! I walked in and saw a sign that said self service unavailable. It was in the very front and in a rush and assumed it was the whole section. I walked up to the service counter and said oh I see you set service isn’t available. With a snarky attitude she said it’s not down it SAYS computers, rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. I would have given one star but the other gentleman that came in after her was so pleasant.

Today I encountered the best customer service at this Staples today, 9.2.2023. The employee's name is Austin. He approached me and asked me two questions.1. Have you found what you are looking for? 2. Can I help you in any way?I replied, “NO and YES”Austin then says, “Let me help make both of those answers yes.”Can I just say, that I have never met anyone with such patience, knowledge, and passion for their job? Austin made sure both of my answers were yes before I left Staples today. I was able to find the perfect office chair to fill my needs and fit perfectly for me. Not once did Austin rush me nor did he look bothered. He appeared to listen to all my needs and concerns and met each of them. Austin also offered me their 5 year warranty and the assembly package (which I purchased) I am a satisfied customer and will be visiting regularly due to this experience. Staples, we need more of Austin at your store. It's not about quantity, it's about quality, and Austin showed quality customer service to me.

I went to make some business cards at this store representing in that area gave me bad attitude was not helpful advised me to use staples app to make them I tried amd wasted 40 minutes on it the app was non responsive when I went to male them on the computer he said there about to close totally rude I has better experiences at other staples stores even I asked about the cost of using the computer he gave me the wrong information ending up in not getting what I had to do accomplished was a total of a hour getting nothing done I do not recommend this store to anyone the people who work here don't know what they are doing wasting people valuable time ill go to another one if you stop here like I did yo get a quick project done don't waste your time at all worst service ever!
