The associates in the store are very rude. One of the associates, Tracy yelled at me for asking why she needed my ID for a return. And never answered my question. I will never shop there at the Moorestown Mall location again. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Ill be telling everyone I know too about my experience.

I was up there today and they had the last pair of 7tim boots on display so I asked if I could get a small discount scent people were touching all them Tracy said no so I ask why not it’s not going to come out of your pocket,That’s when Tracy started to get loud with me and I asked why are you getting loud and Tracy replied cause you said its not coming out of my pocket then Tracy said look do you want them or not,so I said no not with your attitude so she went to the back and I asked her for her name and Tracy ignored me I kept saying excuse me and she was not turn around so I went to the front and asked for the manager and to my surprise Tracy came to the front I asked her name in front of people and that’s when she gave it to me,she has a really bad attitude towards customers and I will never shop there as long as she’s there ,with all the bad reviews on Tracy I don’t understand how she’s still working there guess the store owner doesn’t care.

This review is for the staff. The two people working this morning were so nice and pleasant. I felt happy leaving the store. I have found work shoes here before and the prices are great but the staff was awesome. August 30th 2023

Disappointed with their return policy. I bought my daughter $50 light up shoes and we noticed the one side wasn't working same day. We tried to just simply exchange for working shoes with a receipt but since they were worn outside there is nothing they can do. Now I have an upset daughter with one light up shoe and I'm beat for $50.

Great shoes, sneakers, boots, ETC! Lots of sales and BOGOs too! Today I got my son camouflage adidas slides and two pair of clearance shoes for myself at a steal! A Madden Girl Candies style sandal and a pair of black lacey flats. Yes, I have a shoe problem ;)

Attempted to return shoes and was given a very hard time by a woman named Tracey, the manager. She wouldn’t give let me know the name of the cashier that took my license & debit card info. Very rude and belligerent. I’ll never be back again. I also reported the interaction to security. Something seems off about them wanted my information & then not telling me thier name. Very bad customer service.

Love this store!! Very nice selection of sneakers and shoes! All at a good price! The workers there are very very nice and helpful in getting what you want and need!
