I took my car to get a bolt that was stuck out. They told me that they had to take out the water pump. Which they didn't need to do. The bolt was right there. They charged me $450 for something I could of done for 20 bucks. I thought that it was so simple. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It doesn't help that they charged me 20 extra for a tire change when I got it done so it cost me 80 bucks. I am done with place. They are ripe offs and their gas is over expensive than the rest. Won't ever go back for anything.

Huge relief to see Romano’s repair bays open on 4th of July. Running near flat after the parade, dogs in the truck, tired from the heat. No problem. Fast work, tire plugged in less than 15 min for a price that was very fair. Thank you!!Service: Tires

If I would have given them zero stars if I could have. I made an appointment for 3:30 today to have my car inspected last week and told them I was leaving work early because they couldn't do a 4:00 appointment. I got here at 3:25 and they told me the guy who does the inspections ran out and didn't know if he would be back. I said, ok can you call him, I left work early as discussed last week. He just called them and said he wasn't going to come back today. They had my number but didn't call me either. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They don't care though because they're gonna make their money regardless. Luckily I called In Town Auto Care right down the street on Mill Street and they will do it for me. They're $30 cheaper than these a**holes too.

Seriously the best experience. My tire started to lose air, instead of telling me I need a new tire just to make more money - Romanos actually assessed all four tires and told me I had 3 nails stuck in one tire (pretty impressive on my end!) causing the air leak. They patched it up and I was back on the road in no time. Super friendly, did not have to wait that long and overall a very professional place. Do not second guess coming here, I'm very grateful for them today.

I will NEVER use this place for repairs ever again, and I advise anyone else to stay far, far away from here! First I took the car in for repairs and got charged a ton to 'fix ' it, which I'm sure I was overcharged for. Then shortly after I picked the car up, I was driving home and the front wheel flew off, my car chassis, crashed down hard on the road, and I'm just lucky I was not killed! Turns out they admitted it was an issue with their machine not tightening the wheel properly when they replaced it after they took the tire off to get to the engine the first time. Owner said they would take care of everything right away. So now a week and a half later it's still not ready and they have no idea when it will be. Also I asked them to help out with a rental car and they said no. UNBELIEVABLE!!

This place said I could bring car in and they would not charge to look at it. When they gave me a price of 1600. I told them I could not afford that and I could not fix it at this time. I went to go get it and they charge me over 60 when I was told they were not going to charge to look at it. I found some one else to check my car out and it was for free and they are only charging me 1100 for the same thing. I dont know if because this place is located in Moorestown they think they can charge so much money. I have a better place in Pennsauken. So I will never use this place again

Seemed to do a fine job on my 5 year old SUV. Price for brake pads was fair. However, less than 3-4 months in they squeak a lot. It’s embarrassing! I don’t know if it’s the brand that selected or what.Service: General repairs & maintenance
