The Indian lady at the checkout line is so rude. Needed to return an item i received as a gift, unworn with tags, she gave me a dirty look and said she "needs to check" something then goes to this miserable old lady who was making faces, thereby deepening her frown lines and wrinkles, then comes back and says she's not going to return the item because it's out of season. I think the old lady is a manager or just an unhappy Karen, but both of them were unprofessional. Last time going there.

I just love this store besides a little incident with one of the cashiers in which I felt a little frustrated when they are trying to make you sign up for the credit card and you say no thank you. I said no but I was questioned for a discount card I had. Besides all the visits I do to this specific store, I never felt so harassed & embarrassed like this Saturday, but otherwise beautiful items a great prices.

Was going to buy some items here after trying them on. Manager was rude to me. I didn’t think anything of it. I’m used that in this area, but a Marshall’s employee said “I don’t like how they talked to you” and I brushed it off because again it’s no surprise how low people can behave, but in the changing room I thought to myself that employee is right. Marshall’s, therefore doesn’t deserve my business and tbh I didn’t really want the clothes I just didn’t want to go to another store but since the manager is trash it would be like throwing my money in the trash. So I thanked the employee for being nice to me, spoke to them briefly about how it’s a shame Marshall’s doesn’t even have veterans discount. Capitalism though…anywho at any rate this event and this review has inspired me to start recording more freely so I can make Tik toks and hopefully cast shame down on trash like the manager at Marshall’s, with a louder voice, for a larger audience. Unfortunately, I did not get the manager’s name but again I’m soooo used to people acting like that I’m jaded, and am not taken back when someone is unbecoming especially when it comes from somebody that’s in a position of leadership. But vengeful shaming is motivating enough…
At any rate if you’re a disabled veteran like I am I HIGHLY encourage you to just throw your money in the trash than give it to Marshall’s for their lackluster clothing. In essence they don’t rate. Why would you support a company that wouldn’t support you.
P.S. I’ll be back to catch your manager lacking >:)

Marshalls route 38 just sell junk stuff. One star is too much to qualify this place and staff absolutely pathetic!!!! So surprise when the cashier young girl blonde hair. Absolutely nasty girl!! Say to me that MANY OF THE STUFF THAT THEY SELL ARE NOT GOOD QUALITY!!!!!!! OMG !!!! A HUGE RED FLAG !! Absolutely I won’t waste my money there. I WILL BE SO HAPPY IF THE GOVERNMENT CLOSE THIS PLACE FOR SELL JUNK PRODUCTS TO THE PEOPLE. They don’t care if you work hard or not to get the money to buy stuff for your family. So if you have any complaints you have call to the company that made the product. So pathetic and disrespectful !! No responsibility at all!

This store was huge! I have never been to a Marshalls/Homegoods combo store. It was clean and organized and there was much to look at!
I went on a busy day and there were no carts or baskets left for me to use but I made due. The staff at the registers were friendly and quick!

My favorite Marshall’s store in the area. They have lots of reasonably priced items: clothes, vitamins and minerals, accessories and home decor stuff. The stuff is very helpful and always ready to assist. I also had a good experience at the register: they have lots of cashiers and the wait time is very short.
