I used to love this place the staff was nice with my children, but the receptionist with purple hair so mean with Spanish people. Specifically said I don’t like to speak Spanish. My mom understands but she can’t talk so she told me. I was super disappointed. Won’t come back there again.

This was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a lab place ever! I needed a rabies titer for school but as a student who also works having any sort of availability to make it to these types of places before they close is near impossible! I got so lucky heading over before class and was still on time for school!

Great experience...Kudos to the front office staff for being so patient! after being in quest lab I can say that I will never goto quest and will always choose an insurance that suits Labcorp.Today I had a mess going on with my script and the front desk yound lady (missed to take her name - she had a blue hair color) helped me SO SO MUch!Also, the person who drew the blood was very gentle..and professional.No drama and they took me in immediately even with a walk in apptmt... BIG shoutout!

This is the best Labcorp facility I’ve been to. The staff is very nice and helpful. When I forgot my print out, they let me email my forms so I could still be seen. This is the only Labcorp I will go to from now on.

Clean and friendly but the absolute slowest facility. I can’t wait over an hour just to get called back to sit some more. Go to the Columbus location.

The girl at the front was very friendly. But, the girl that did the urine, gave no instructions, gave the wrong container for collection. If possible go to quest around the corner you will have a much better experience.

Everytime I need routine blood work, I definitely choose labcorp. In moorestown, great people here and I get in and out with no problem within 25 minutes keep up the good work!!

Very bad experience. Today i went for blood works for my 3day old child. They were not able to draw blood from one hand, so they tried taking it out from the other hand and they were able to collect some blood, but it wasn’t enough. If there would have been any end result then I wouldn’t have complained about it. But that little blood drawing went in vain with no output and that too by trying it from both the hands of 3 day old child. This is what left me traumatized. Instead they could have simply told us to opt out or try other process. It is very painful for parents to process this when the matter comes down to your 3 day old baby.

I have been coming to this to get my blood work done almost every month in the past year and I have not once had a bad experience. The girls are very friendly, fast and accommodating. If there is a wait time they try to get you in as soon as possible.

NO STARS for the front desk reception. The only reason why I gave the one star is because you can't post anything unless you give a star. When you walk in there isn't anyone at the front desk. Also, if you don't make a online reservation they don't even attend to you. Maybe corporate should offer these employees who are suppose to greet the customers with some type of incentive; so they can provide good customer service since that seems to be what is missing. OFFER a bonus or SOMETHING because the customer service is TRASH!

One staff member was rude and impatient with the clients. She had a nasty tone of voice…unfortunately for me she drew my blood and left a terrible bruise on my arm
