The store manager was a blonde Caucasian middle age woman that definitely appeared to be the manager or supervisor (stated since a name was not given). She was snarky and rude I guess from being stressed over the fact that the register's card system failed forcing everyone in the store to make purchases with cash. We returned back to the store in less than 2 minutes after making our cash purchase since we realized we were overcharged for two items that weren't even in existence in our bags. Clearly a computer error. Waiting in line the snarkyness begins with her saying returns are not gunna happen since the system is down. Which honestly made 0 sense since we paid cash 2 minutes ago. Her telling us what can we do is don't lose the receipt since we will not receive a refund even if the store charged us for two ghost items. 0 empathy was given with her annoyed responses and now we're in a inconvenient position to have to return for an error on their end another day.

Lots for teen, teens & Plus but nothing for ordinary people. I love their t shirts but could not find any and the help was no help. The 2 rating was me being optimistic they are not closing for good.

Inexpensive clothes if price is determinative. The quality is ok.I am not the expert on "what's in" but the clothes look contemporary.
