Friendly employees, boyfriend and I witnessed a robbery last year, the poor worker there was the only one in there trying to save the items that were packed in a cart, she drove off in a green Hyundai with this license plate.
She threatened me for taking photos and sped out of the parking lot.

It's all shiny and new. They have everything and the people who work there are very nice. They do seem overworked though. Usually just one or two people and it's a good size store.

This experience was good. I feel that BMD only makes appts available if your pet starts with them as a puppy. With another pet, I requested an appointment, and was told to go to Red Bank to tell me nothing was wrong, $700 later.

So my wife works for family dollar and had called her boss to let him know that our car wasn’t starting at all and that that was her only way in he proceeded to tell her figure it out after she said I’m sorry this is my only way in something that is totally out of her control he so RUDELY says WHATVER AND HANGS UP ON HER! Very rude boss names PHIL! Clearly speaks to people rudely has no manners very disrespectful overall.

I stopped in to get a few things. As I approached the dog food isle, I was hit in the face with this foul Oder. It was the dog food. There were chewed up labels from the cans of food, looked as if some rodent chewed it up. Told the young girl at the counter what I smelled and saw. She said she would tell the manager. Went back there out of curiosity the next day and nothing was done about it it. I used to like that store but it has really gone down hill. It’s dirty, half the time the shelves are empty, yet there’s boxes in the aisles of product waiting to get put up. I get with the covid messing up our lives, deliveries are slow. But that store needs a total make over. I now go to the new one that has opened up on maple Ave in pennsauken. It’s clean and shelves are stocked. Sorry, but this store should not look the way it does. The people that work there are always nice and courteous, it’s a shameh

This store has some really great, practical home products, but the fixtures and overall sanitation need an overhaul. During my most recent visit, I also encountered an operational issue. I asked the cashier if there was an ATM or a cash back feature. He said no and politely offered some nearby ATM options. (I didn't need cash for the transaction at the store, I was just trying to prevent the need to go to the bank later.) So, when I was ready to pay for my stuff, I was surprised when the system offered a cash back prompt, and I took the opportunity to take out $25. The clerk sighed and told me that when customers get cash back first thing in the morning when the drawer has no change, the drawer is shorted. I said I was sorry. What I didn't say was that what he described really isn't the customer's problem. To be clear, I don't fault him; there's something clearly wrong operationally. Admittedly it's been a long time since I worked retail, but can it really be that the opening shift doesn't start with a stocked drawer?

We were trying to check out and there was only 1 cashier there and they took their good old time and just stood there talking with 2 people, there was a old lady in front of us and she was probably standing there for about 15 minutes or even more because when we got into the store she was still standing there, but when we finally got in line the cashier still didn’t bother to check the people she was talking to out and didn’t bother to move. They were having a conversation and she wasn’t doing her job, so us and the old lady left and she still did nothing. Talk about bad service.
