I like the convenience of having this CVS in town. Note - the pharmacy hours start at 9:00 am, not 8:00 on weekdays.

I like shopping at this location everyone is so friendly and the store is so clean and organized. When I had to get a covid test and couldn't find the drive through since it's a separate entrance one of the employees went out side with me and showed me exactly where it was so i could turn around and not miss it, since it's pretty subtle and I thought that was really cool!

1. My doctor sends a prescription in the morning and I know I won’t get it until the next day. Terrible for when you travel for work and kind of need your medication on time.\\n2. For 2 months I was charged for my prescriptions when I knew my insurance covered it. Im blessed to have good military insurance. I stupidly paid CVS up front. I figured they would fix it with my insurance. Nope. I spent almost an hour filling out paperwork. Still waiting for my reimbursement.\\nIt was worth the extra 30 min drive to the mom n pop pharmacy in the neighboring town. My experience with CVS Moorestown has been nothing but problems.

I had a wonderful experience with the pharmacist Bill who worked diligently to ensure I got my physician after I was unable to arrange delivery due to a website issue. As a physician myself, I have spoken to many pharmacists over the years. Bill was exemplary. Patient, professional, attentive, and thoughtful, even sharing a laugh at one point. Just a fantastic experience. What a pleasant surprise during these challenging times.

I normally have no issues with this pharmacy but today had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to attend to me at the drive-thru. The young woman that helped me was nice however but did only give me one prescription out of my two. She ended up telling me they do not have the prescription in stock which I do not understand due to being told they would have it prepared for me within 30 minutes by a pharmacist earlier today when I called to check. I am frustrated due to being on a time constraint as I am supposed to have gotten my medicine and left to go out of town but now have to wait for them to transfer my medication elsewhere and then go pick it up.

This pharmacy is terrible. My son showed up before 5 to pick up his prescription and they said there were closed and there nothing they could do. I spoke to manager at 5:02. She said she couldnt help. They said come back tomorrow. My son is sick. Terrible. I will never go back. Shame on them

It's so convenient for those of us who live in Moorestown. I appreciate it because it keeps that side of town busy and it's nice to have walking access to food and medicine for people who try to buy in our little town! Of course, as a smaller CVS, it doesn't stock as much as a huge "big box" CVS, but it is well loved, and the people who work at the drive up window are so nice. As someone who is waiting for knee surgery and walking is painful, I'm THRILLED at their drive up window. I love that CVS.

Have no idea why this location is even "in business" and I use that term lightly. EVERY time I go in there, their shelves are empty at least in the aisles that are what pharmacies are supposed to be in business for! Can NEVER find what I need because it is not "in stock." It is always dirty in its presentation and the "woman" (only for the sake of proper language) with short grey hair/ glasses that works the register in the pharmacy in the evenings is beyond rude, ill mannered and entirely unprofessional! The pharmacists themselves are a vast improvement from the ones there in years past. Amen for that, but the pharmacy section is a total joke. Never stocked with common products. Need to find another local pharmacy that cares about its customer base and keeps their shelves stocked with routine items and other items as well. This whole pharmacy needs HELP and in its current state is a disgrace to the town!!

How do they stay in business? I live out of town & needed something for family. It was pretty urgent so I called to see if they had an OTC pain reliever. The sales girl had never heard of it but it's a common homeopathic. She went to ask someone else for about 5 minutes. She came back & said they don't carry it. It's common so... I called the pharmacy counter. The guy tells me that they do carry it but it's prolly out of stock. Look for it in the vitamin aisle? So I drive to the store anyway figuring I spoke to 2 bozos. Hmm why would pain reliever be in the vitamin aisle? I headed straight for the pain reliever aisle & found it right away. I don't get it. Why couldn't that girl do her job? She has one job- customer service. Perform it with pride. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is Dana, who rang up my purchase. She was friendly, attentive and not the least bit clueless. I guess she's the reason they're still in business ... For now.

Posted hours are incorrect, it makes me worry when people in charge of dispensing medicine don't pay attention to the small details. It's almost as if there should be someone in charge of this business who makes sure people know when it's open or closed, oh wait.....
