Originally had just Xfinity internet until Direct TV prices went way to high plus no Phillies games with them. I had Comcast 30 years ago and left. Xfinity offered a low price for triple play. Since then their prices skyrocketed. They won't budge in lowering their prices. Asking for less channels wasn't worth it. Finally going back to just internet they wanted almost double what I paid for originally. They rather lose a customer instead of dealing with a customer. So I cut the cable. T Mobile internet works great with YouTube tv. Bill cut to less than half my bill.

Worse mistake I ever done was to switch to Xfinity , My area every time theirs a windy day all day I get staticy tv all day , I have them come out it’s a 100.00 before they walk through the door .

Xfinity (Comcast) is the single worst company to deal with.They attract you with a low offer and slowly raise the cost until you are paying an insane amount of money. Then when you call, you are sent to a chatbot that tries to upsell you on their trash mobile service and they refuse to connect you to someone you can talk with. The worst part, they have a monopoly in most areas for internet so you have no other option but to play their song and dance.Do better Xfinity.

Sucesso plus over price they was charge me 200 for TV and internet was they was claimed that they internet is the best with 400 mgbts .i went to a T-Mobile and I get a home internet with a better mgbts for 30 dollars o. Top of that I put Netflix and Amazon for another 30 dollars for a premium on the ene it's gonna cost me 90 dollars for a best service instead 200

Discovered Comcast was billing a credit card for years though receiving no service for the charges. They cannot even tell me what service they were billing me for. Fraud dispute department was a disaster, just sent 4.5 hours on the phone talking with multiple countries and multiple departments. Was a customer for 30 years. Avoid if you can.

AVOID!!!!!random charging for something you haven’t subscribed for, no answer from customer support, no ability to change anything in the personal area. It’s a scam.
