Called to let the young lady know I would be there at 5pm just to pick up an order, since I had to get off work and navigate through traffic, thinking there would be courtesy to me. Pulled up and jumped out the car at 5pm to find they had already shut down their computers and were in their cars, so they definitely closed before 5pm! To know that a customer advised of their ETA and you close ahead of time anyway is a lack of regard for customer service.

We went to Carls with my toddler and 2 babies. Jeff helped us with all three and was wonderful! Highly recommend seeing him for your children’s shoes needs. So nice and flexible with our active group.

Great service! I went in looking for a specific Powerstep shoe insert given by my podiatrist, and they had them! I was assisted by a kind gentlemen who knew exactly how to help me with my issue.

They go out of their way to make sure you have a proper fit & ate happy with your shoes. You have to make an appointment because you get personalized service. I very much appreciate that. I’m a diabetic & have advanced neuropathy. I can’t feel my love or legs & feet, so it’s important to me to be able to rely on an expert who can fit me properly.

Carl's Shoes is amazing! They are family oriented and truly take the time to make sure you're happy before you leave. I've been coming here for 3 years for my husband's diabetic shoes and inserts and we've always left beyond satisfied! Today, I had the pleasure of purchasing my first pair of shoes and inserts. I have never felt more comfortable in the purchase I made. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Jeff even makes sure that every customer is happy at the end of their visit as well. We will never buy our shoes anywhere else!!!!

Carl's Shoes has been my go-to for my toddler. They are patient with little feet and they really stand by their shoes. When the Velcro on my son's shoes broke they replaced his shoes with no questions asked. Definitely worth a visit!

I could not find shoes that fit my 1 year old. I tried everywhere and online. We went to Carl's, and it took them 3 minutes to size her and pick some great options for her. Turns out she needed wide shoes!! Fast forward to March, and my daughter needed to wear orthotics/SMOs. We went to Carl's, and in 3 minutes, they had Tess sized and shoes pulled that would work with her SMOs. Now, at the end of April, she is starting to walk independently!!!! She loves her shoes and SMOs so much that she tries to put them on herself! If you're struggling to find shoes for your kid, stop wasting your time and go straight to Carl's!! Especially if your kid needs orthotics. You'll be happy you did!

Carl's Shoes is a truly legitimate business that is honest and provides excellent service. I needed to get prescription shoes and was going through my insurance. I have broken down the review in three parts.1. I went in for my appointment, and was taken care of promptly. Time was taken to find a proper fitting pair of shoes. The service was courteous and time was taken for as long as I needed.2. They took my insurance information right away and indicated that payment is taken up-front with a refund given after the insurance claim is processed. Given their reputation, I trusted them to do things properly and obliged.3. After insurance was processed, I received a call from Carl's Shoes and they refunded the difference. They showed the integrity and trust that their name symbolizes. I was refunded the amount minus my insurance responsibility as promised.Today, Carl's Shoes has earned a permanent customer - whether or not insurance is involved.

Went to get vibram soles placed on designer boots. I explained this to the staff (who have performed this service for me a few times in the past few months), paid for the service, and an hour later I get a phone call that the guy couldn’t repair my shoes. I inquired as to why this wasn’t told to me prior to payment and leaving them and was told it was due to an unrelated customer incident (I believe someone recently ruined another customer’s shoes with the vibram process). I was annoyed that I was unable to get the service on this pair after paying and leaving my shoes in their care. Carl’s has performed this exact service for me on three pairs of the same designer boots successfully. I never complained about the work previously done, only requested that the boots be cleaned afterwards because the employee did leave residue of whatever product he used on them. I even purchased some shoe polish from them which solved this issue. So it was odd that the job couldn’t be completed and I wasn’t told this information prior to payment. Definitely don’t know what happened but I suspect that they ruined a pair of expensive shoes and the customer got angry. Disappointed with Carls as I have to find another professional to fix my shoes and Carls was decently priced. For Carls to claim to have a “master cobbler”, they should have more confidence in their work and be able to do custom repairs on both low and high-end shoes. However, I’m thankful they didn’t ruin them & had the decency to return my shoes. I suggest that if you have a higher priced shoe, don’t waste your time here.

I recently got prescribed a shoe lift after having an LLD untreated for 25 years, I live in Texas and sent my shoes in and got them back in about a week! Very impressed with the turnaround and the quality of the lift, as well as the service! It was super quick and the staff was very helpful over the phone. Thank you so much for the lift, I’ll remember this day forever ?

Carl’s Shoes has been a staple in Moorestown forever. They know their shoes. If you want a good shoe that fits your feet, this is your place. They also do fittings for orthotics. Make sure to get a prescription from your doctor. Then make an appointment with Carl’s so they spend the right amount of time with you. Your feet will thank you.
