Theresa was a pleasure to work with. Budget Blinds has the best communication and support you could ask for. I would highly recommend choosing them for your work. I had plantation shutters installed (they look great) and was supported throughout the entire process.

We had temporary paperblinds up for long enough and after comparing cost of Top down Bottom up Blinds from other window treatment companies in our area Budget Blinds came in under budget. Quality product with quality service from quality people became a no brainer. We are loving the quality look from Budget Blinds. Not even sure why you would want to go anywhere else.I have used Budget Blinds 3xs now and I love the products, the attention to detail, and the local owned and operated aspect of the Franchise.Teresa and the BB Team in - Moorestown was top notch. Alan was a great installer and Teresa was on top of every detail from measure to order to install. I love the results.Don’t waste your time when it comes to high quality window treatment for the right price wirh great service I would only use Budget Blinds!

Budget Blinds of Moorestown & Collingswood is marvelous. Customer service is top notch.I wanted blinds for 14 windows. Two (2) hours after submitting the contact info on the company’s website, I got a call from the owner, Theresa McGoldrick….on a Saturday yet! And, within 48 hours, the blinds were selected/ordered and windows measured.Theresa and her associate, Demery Hanna, respected my time constraints and worked efficiently to coordinate the process. They customized my “look book” to match my stated preferences and provided valuable design guidance. Given the odd sizes of certain windows, they made sure I was aware of any visual irregularities that would come along with the final installation.The actual installation day — about 6 weeks later, was scheduled at my convenience. And, Theresa was on-site when the installer arrived.From start to finish, it’s been an absolute pleasure to work with Theresa and Demery. If and when the need arises in the future, I definitely would use Budget Blinds of Moorestown & Collingswood again.

I ordered $7000 worth of blinds and they came out to install. Close to 1/3 of the blinds do not go up and down properly or are completely angled and installed wrong. They used cheap plastic brackets on a back door blind which broke when I lightly closed the door once. They have been paid $6000 of the total and refuse to come fix it unless I pay another $500 and put it on my credit. My contract states I don't owe more than $5200 until installation is completed and I sign off. They promised to come back and fix it and never have. The owner is greedy and demanded another $500 to make it right with the final $500 at the end. I actually offered another $500 and he won't acknowledge all of the issues and get back to me. I have spent over $20K with Budget Blinds in Columbus Ohio and loved them there. This owner is unscrupulous and definitely not trustworthy. Call a different franchise because his installation team is terrible. PM me if you want pictures or videos of their shoddy work. Go with Blinds Brothers instead.

The consultant was very thorough and professional in helping me make the right decision for us. The process of waiting for shipping and installation was lengthy but I was advised that may be the case. Overall a good first experience for purchasing blinds.
