Owners always answer the 5 stars and ignore the 1 star or get nasty. MY HIPS ARE KILLING ME FROM WALKING AROUND THE LADIES DEPT. LOOKING FOR A CASHEIR. The person who waited on me finally,looked like she stepped off the beach. No wonder!!Just walked past the Estae Lauder night cream. You have 3 women babysitting the perfume. AND I HEAR YELLED 20 FEET AWAY."CUSTOMER AT THE ESTA LAUDER DISLAY. " I yelled back"I was just looking,didnt even touch any thing and treated like a theaf. How about putting more personel on the sales floor and less people literally babysitting the perfume.Sugestion: how about making your employees wear smocks like Walmart so people with handicapps dont spend 20 minutes looking to cash out. Literally 3 people babysitting the perfume!!!!!!!!What about this reveiw didnt you understand. Not going to cust. service. I dropped my credit card with you because you wont take cash for a card payment. I literrally maxed out my visa card because you wouldnt take cash WHO ON THIS PLANET TURNS DOWN CASH FOR A BILL PAYMENT? IF THERE IS A NEXT TIME, I WIILL GO TO THE SHOE DEPT. AND EMBARRASS THE MAN BECAUSE I AM BUYING BRAS IN THE SHOE DEPT. I AM NOT GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH BOSCOVS, IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I SAID, THEN I JUST WASTED MY TIME.

Store has a variety of items. It is well stocked and prices a good. However, I have found, like most Boscov’s I have shopped it is often hard to find anyone at a register when you want to check out. I had to go to three departments to find an open cash register .

I love the unique clothing at Boscov’s. I travel over an hour to this store. I would’ve given them a 5 star review except for their shift change at 5pm. 2 different associates were asked to check me out and both said they were off the clock yet clearly still straightening up their area. If it weren’t for Andrea, who cheerfully checked us out at 5:08pm, we would’ve had to wait for the night shift workers. I asked if she got over time and she doesn’t. Shame on you Boscov’s you’re better than this!
