Always horrible. You must turn your car off at drive in else you will use a tank of gas. Gave teller 2 checks to cash, one for $2.88 and the other for .24 cents. Took him over 5 min. To transact with no other customers. It gets better. He gave me 2 singles, one was ripped, 3 quarters, 3 dimes and 7 pennies. Priceless. No option to check zero stars, but this transaction was less than zero. Happy ?

11 years with this bank service, and contrary to others opinions...always find what was looking for. From past managers to the last , Heidi Hansen (born Peruvian like me!) who honored this branch at top level, the saying goes: the little ones have big hearts.

once again here I am at Valley Bank and it looks like it's taking three to four people how to figure out how to do a commercial loan payment last time I was here it took him 20 minutes.

This is the best Bank and best branch ever. Very respectful staff and very helpful. Joann Gramuglia is the best she helped me with everything I indicated and beyond. Great atmosphere and great managers tellers etc to work with. 10/10 best bank

This bank is racist. They are extremely racist to minority. I went to conduct a transaction and I had the hardest time to make a deposit if you do not believe go and find out for yourself. This is not a diverse place to work or be at.
