I bought a powerwashing machine from this place two years ago. Today I took it in for an oil change and one of the workers not only had a terrible attitude, but also said I would have to leave my powerwasher there for 3 weeks. That makes no sense; 3 weeks to do an oil change? I then asked to speak to the technician and she said he cannot speak to anyone because it would be wasting his time. Very poor service.

They made us wait hours for an order, and the staff didn't offer any help, not even to carry the paint, which was too much for me to handle alone.

I walked in and I literally waited for 30 minutes for somebody to wait on me and I was trying to figure out what type of paint I want to use and it just seems like they cannot get rid of me Fast enough no help whatsoever I would never go in there again

Awesome experience with a rental machine this afternoon. Originally, the machine I was needing had already been booked for the day after confirming via phone that it was available, one of the other associates overhead this, jumped in and went in the back to talk to someone overrule what the clipboard said. He ended up making it happen as long as I had the machine back by 5 to make sure it was rented out the next morning. Really saved the day and helped complete the linestriping job before they opened on Saturday (rain in forecast for Friday!). Problem solving and helpful staff to say the least. Thanks again!
