This company ran fraudulent charges on my account. I called to discussed with someone. The person who answered the phone hung up as soon as I informed them of the fraud. I attempted multiple time to call back and was sent directly to voice mail.

Terrible customer service on the phone. I called the lab to ask some question and the lady just hung up while I was talking. She could have simply say we don't do those services. Company needs to change the lady who manages customer service on the phone.
