This is the second time a package has not been delivered to my apartment building. Straightaway marked as attempted delivery and no one to receive. Nobody rang the apartment or called me when they were trying to deliver.

There has been multiple times where I would wait for a package and then get notified that delivery could not be completed because we were not home. Meanwhile, no one rang our apartment. Then when you try to go in person to pick up a package, they do not want to look for it.

Horrible customer experience. No one out there to help they go look for a package and take so long to find or give you an attitude while looking for it.
