Five stars wow I am shocked I wish I could give a -100 I’m reading all these reviews that’s not what happened with me first off three times my countertop came cracked when they had to order another one I guess they don’t pay for some of their supplies so they try to chase I guess the other company where they’re getting the piece from anyway it was a nightmare always a story always some kind of drama when I went there with my husband actually came looking for the owner to pay up Sloppy work horrible I wish I got the five star treatment I don’t know I guess they had a bad day when he came to me and my husband not to mention that even worse nice to see some people got awesome treatment but not me I ended up going to another company and they were amazing beautiful work stunning no complaints

My carpenter measured a vanity space and countertop for my aunt's bathroom. The vanity was situated in an alcove. My carpenter was busy over several months, almost ten, so I brought his measurements to Exclusive Marble & Granite Design, accompanied by my husband. Asking for marble I was shown a remnant that was a good size. I instructed that the marble be cut with a bullnose edge and specified that I wanted a centered sink. My husband and I repeated the instructions in the showroom and were told there would be no problem. Due to coming down with Covid, my husband, aunt and I delayed finishing up the order. When we felt better, we made an appointment for the technicians to come to measure the countertop themselves. An older man, the congenial owner, arrived with an aide but he forgot his measuring tape. His aide went to the van for it. The owner measured and they left. I was told a few days later by the saleswoman that he had forgotten to measure for the faucet that was only a year old and that I had to do so. I said I preferred that he return and do it properly but she said he would not return. If I had not given a large deposit I would have cancelled the order.I had to take photos of the faucet and send it to them. I also ordered a vanity from the son with the measurements from my carpenter. Well, the marble top came nicely trimmed but with an off-center hole for the sink. Moreover, the measurements for the faucet were predictably wrong so I had to buy a new one, and the vanity was three inches short. My husband refused to accept the delivery of the vanity without a call to the office. The truck driver left while he was calling. Valdo refused to take it back or to deliver it. We had to hire another carpenter to pick it up in the showroom at the extra expense of three hundred dollars. It doesn't fit properly so the carpenter had to insert a border of wood. It took over a month to get the wood from the showroom. The sink is off-center and the vanity has a gap between the wall now on one side because the technicians did not center the vanity properly. I have spoken to the owner, his son, and the saleswoman several times and they were absolutely terrible to deal with. I read so many good reviews before hiring them. This has been the worst and most stressful and expensive experience I have ever had with sales people and owners.

Valdo and Michaela and team at Exclusive are great to work with the kitchen and marble project. We have been working with Exclusive marble for many years and there is no reason to shop around. They understand your needs and works with entirely until you are happy. I recommend exclusive for your kitchen and promise you will not regret.

My wife and I went to Exclusive because we wanted to replace our kitchen countertops. We were greeted as soon as we walked in . Valdo and his team are the best period. Michaela is awesome , every time I either called or texted her with a question she responded immediately. His install team were very courteous and clean . Excellent customer service from beginning to end of project . We are extremely happy the way our kitchen looks . Thank you Valdo , Michaela and staff ! We will be doing another project soon !

My wife and I replaced our entire granite countertops with new quartz countertops. Total of 7 pieces. We looked around to other places and we’re very fortunate to find exclusive granite and marble in Moonachie.Valdo and his team were excellent. We received a very good price and the entire process was very good. Valdo who is the owner of this family business is completely hands on and very professional. He and his team did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company I will go back when we replace our bathroom countertops

Both the owner and his son were remarkable in directing me to the right type of granite for my project. They had such a beautiful collection and was very knowledgeable which really made me feel confident that I had been directed to the right people.. Then their prices!!! They outbeat all of the other retailers and wholesalers. I am really happy with my purchase. You guys are the best!!!!

I recently made a granite purchase and I must say, I was very impressed from the beginning to the very end. Most of all their prices were very reasonable compared to other places that I have been to. I would definitely recommend anyone to work with them. By the way the crew that they use for installation goes above and beyond!
