I have a beautiful, one-of-a-kind, curio cabinet with curved glass walls made 70 years ago by my grandfather. When one of the glass walls broke, I looked and looked and looked for a company that would replace it. Then my husband found Fuad. He was beyond nice. He came, measured, explained, and got it done. When it was time for installation, he sent his best crew, explained how precious this is to me, and gave explicit directions to them. My cabinet looks better than ever. I am so grateful.

Utmost professionalism! I cannot say enough about Fuad and his team. 4 am on Easter Sunday i received a call from the police letting me know that someone had broken the window ( over 4 ' X 4") of my business. I was at my wits end trying to figure out how I would get someone to come and secure the building. Nearing despair I reached out to Dedicated Glass and Fuad answered, calmly assured me of his help and then delivered by arriving swiftly, removing the glass and securing the building. He also calmed my frayed nerves with his very easy going but competent manner.
Two weeks later I had a perfectly arched replacement window!
Work with no one else!

Fuad and his team are wonderful professionals! We had a bit of an emergency at a commercial building and Fuad went out of his way to schedule us quickly to perform the repair. He was a pleasure to work with and as the business owner ensured that we were happy with the service and informed through the entire process. We needed Dedicated Glass Works services and we needed them fast. We called at 3:30am and Faud was at our store by 6am and had us back in business by noon that day. Special glass had to be cut in Brooklyn. He was prepared to go to a parts manufacturer in Paterson, but had what we needed in stock. He was honest, fair and very professional. We appreciate his expertise and excellent service. As a business owner we highly recommend Dedicated Glass Works and hopefully when we need or you need his services again, it will be under less stressful circumstances.

Fuad and his team have always been professional and on time. I have used their services three times in the past. The latest was last week. Fuad had given me a lead time of ten days for the glass to arrive but managed to get it for me within 5 days. Always polite and professional on the phone. Great service every time and reasonably priced. I will not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone who needs it.

I hired Dedicated Glass Works to replace our main picture window in our condo. Faud and his team are professional and go the extra mile. All of his crew are excellent craftsmen and got the job done quickly. What I loved the most was how responsive Faud was taking care of the job. Hands down the only company I will ever hire related to glasswork.

Very High Quality Work, but most importantly Superior Customer Service. Called at 5am in an emergency and got an immediate response from the owner, and a promise to have everything fixed within 2 hours. In 20 minutes the glass was measured and in another hour was delivered and professionally installed fast and clean. Highly recommended, in an emergency or otherwise.

I hired Dedicated Glass Works to restore the 70 year old high-end steel casement windows in my family home. Many companies want to sell you new windows but very, very few are willing to restore old windows that are far superior to replacement windows. Fuad and his team undertook the restoration process, removing the old putty, taking off many layers of paint down to bare steel, and then priming and painting the windows. Now the windows are like new and have more than another 70 years of life in them. They are true craftsmen in an era when many companies tout craftsmanship but don't deliver anything of the sort. They plan a project, do what they say they will do, and they insist that both they and the customer are satisfied when the project is completed. They treat your property as they would their own. I highly recommend them.

Superior in all ways – from start to finish. 1st and foremost, they answered their phone and had great communication throughout the process. Within a few days, Fuad inspected and gave an estimate for our garden windows and skylight glass. I was impressed with Fuad’s approach to measuring…so simple, yet smart and efficient! He said the garden windows were great quality, yet he measured the glass thickness and said it was VERY thin – same for the skylight. He and his team replaced the garden windows glass and skylight glass with thicker glass to code. Couldn’t be happier with the end result…clean, no leaks and better insulated! Fuad and his team know what they’re doing…they often work on skyscrapers and their experience was critical in removing and replacing the huge 6’x6’ skylight. The townhome skylights were originally installed using a crane…these guys built a ramp/support to hoist it from our balcony to the roof - - I should’ve had a picture! p.s. ditto earlier review: They plan a project, do what they say they will do, and they insist that both they and the customer are satisfied when the project is completed. Had an excellent experience getting over 27 older wooden windows glazed. The owner was professional, courteous, prompt and very fair priced. This is a trade that is hard to find and even harder to find a dedicated and committed person. Most folks suggested replacing the windows, but this owner in less than 10 minutes knew the situation and solution. The day the work started, the owner stopped by to check the quality of the work, was dis-satisfied how it appeared and recommended a change and had the workers re-do. Even after completion of the job his focus is customer satisfaction first and invoice later. He promptly sent a crew to correct identified issues. Totally professional and an absolute pleasure to do business with a customer satisfaction first attitude..
