My transmission broke on my car of 10 years so of course I was in a tough place desperate for a new car. I had no idea which auto shop to go to and found this one online and I am SO HAPPY I did. I called and was very transparent over the phone of my current situation to see if I could be helped before I had to Uber to the dealership. I first talked to John who was extremely helpful over the phone and I took the Uber to the dealership and immediately was met with very great service. Sam who also works there helped me with test driving and John helped me close out all the paperwork. I have never in my life dealt with such amazing car dealership service. Usually these processes are SO difficult and they made it so easy. I also did not feel like I was getting cheated or sucked into something “sales-y” it felt very genuine and they care about you where a lot of other dealers do not. I recommended 10000% to come here, you will not regret it.

I came here with the expectation of purchasing a vehicle, that was not wanted but needed. I expressed that to the sales manager right away; John. He was transparent right off the bat, after communicating with him on the phone. He was calm, gave me assurance and really confident that I would walk away with the car that I wanted, once meeting him in person. Being that I have worked as an agent before at a car dealership, I would give this family owned group 5 stars. They are extremely helpful, not pushy, transparent, no haggling sales nature, communicative, and family oriented type of team.
Braulio, is also another sales manager that finalized the transaction for me in which made me feel extremely comfortable during the process, and listened to my concerns. He's also a funny individual which really made me feel so at home, sharing his stories with me. Sam, is a nice young man that completes the team, and a hard-working person. I appreciate all of their efforts to diffuse stressful situations, without the forcing nature of the process.
I will be recommending them in the future, and so grateful that I stumbled upon this family owned dealership.

My good friend bought a car and in truth all of them are rats they sell you cars with problems and very bad customer service and all these cars have problems and they want to sell you extended warranty and they also charge you hidden “fees “things and they also tell you that they do maintenance with the additional money but it's a lie my friend had to change the air filters and the oil was black never did a maintenance please do not buy cars here because they are cheaters, John, Joe and the other Braulio are bad people who have no heart

Don't bother. Wasted a whole lot of time there to just get blown off in the end.
Never replied or responded to my emails or follow-up call.
On the filp side, I ended up going to Healy Ford in Goshen, and they gave me a 5 star experience.

I wish I could give this place 1,000 stars! The whole staff, John, Zuly & Braulio truly go above & beyond. They were able to answer any questions or concerns that I had and most importantly they were able to get me into the vehicle I wanted. From start to finish they made my experience feel like a breeze. They keep it 100 percent real with you. Everyone was super friendly & knowledgeable. No hidden agendas or fees. I could not recommend John & his staff enough! They truly made the process so smooth. Bergen County Auto Group is a fantastic place to buy a car. Their salesman are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. There is no pressure to buy anything and the selection of vehicles is vast. I highly recommend purchasing a used car from these guys. I purchased a 2021 Kia Sportage EX and the experience was excellent. The whole process took a little over an hour and they made a more than fair offer for my trade in.
Do not buy a used car anywhere else.

Had the pleasure of working with Zuly at Bergen County Auto, she was very professional and also personally caring. She went above and beyond with answering all my questions and being transparent from the start. Although I ended up not purchasing the vehicle. Which was a personal decision for me. Wish I could give 10 stars! Never have I had such an amazing experience from start to finish. Both Ryan Braulio and Zuly were amazing, went above and beyond. No hidden agenda, they were honest, and ensured to stayed late to make sure I could pick up the car and finish the process with ease; a truly wonderful experience... and I love my car!

Zuly was very responsive to me in email and text. Brulio was able to help me with the exact vehicle at the pricing and financing I was looking for. They made the purchase very easy for me.
