DO NOT USE AIR AND VACCUM THERE !!!There is a broken vaccum machine there. I came to know that it's broken after losing my $1.50. The person at the gas station told me that it is working hence I put the money. When complained, he said he doesn't have the keys and meet the owner who not sure when comes there. I went to the gas station after two days and couldn't meet the owner.They should have put the not working board there so that people don't lose their hard earned money. I will avoid going to this gas station.Please don't use the vaccum and air machine there. They could steal your money. I will also going to report this incident on Shell companies X and Instagram accounts.

The other reviews here are accurate. They advertise prices then don’t honor them. Today they claimed their credit card machine wasn’t working, but conveniently only after they filled my gas. This place is a scam, will never fill my gas here again.

WARNING!!! You might found this station has the lowest price from shell app. Be aware that the staff knows how to trick customers, they’ve tried their best to either type in wrong member ID or if you linked your card they would insert you card and pull it out and insert again, which wipes out the 5cents discount. This place is disgusting, the staff is very impolite when I pointed out their trick. For 5 cents is it worth for them to do this? The guy refused to fuel my car and he thinks I know too much.

ATTENTION IMPORTANT STATEMENT……. This location they do not understand that there is a difference between fuels. If you ask for anything other than regular they will still put regular in. And especially for diesel fuel vehicles. There has been on multiple occasions just from my company alone of them putting in regular into diesel fuel vehicles. And I have spoke to other vehicle operators who also say they have experienced that same problem so if you do not want to have to go through the trouble of having them pay to take out the wrong fuel that they put in your vehicle and having to punch them in the face and have to deal with legal problems for doing it do not go here. Please protect your vehicle at all costs. There are many other locations that are extremely close by in that area where you can get the proper fuel from.

The attendants here will fill up your tank but is it so hard to tighten the cap till it clicks? They don't seem to understand safety.

Went today 12/15/2020 The attendant would not give me my change.I asked for $20 he pumped less.He was on his phone talking and trying to service customers. Had to basically yell at him to give me my change.Finally after a bunch of yelling he did.Stay away from this gas station they will not give you back your change.

Horrible service at the gas station. Attendant is such a lazy person and doesn’t even know how to handle vehicles in a first come first serve order.

Horrible customer service. My father( who is 77 years old and has serious stomach issues the past several years with no doctor resolution in sight) stopped here with a bowel emergency. After the employee advised my father that the bathroom is locked, my father asked him where he goes to do his business but the employee just ignored him and walked away. Luckily there was no mess that the employee had to clean up, although it is extremely rude to ignore a potential customer and refuse a senior citizen who is urgently in need of a restroom. Luckily my father made it to the diner in time! Not the first bad customer experience I've had here either ...

12:30 on September 20th.Employee is not wearing a mask while serving customers gas. Has gloves on, but no mask.

Arguably the worst experience at a gas station I have ever had. Attending is incredibly slow and inefficient, rude, and hard of hearing. I repeated my FuelRewards number multiple times and he still couldn't get it right. There is also no ATM at this location - I'm going to avoid this gas station like the plague.

Arguably the worst gas station I have ever been to. The gas station attendant is incredibly inefficient and I had to repeat myself multiple times, not only for what gas/how much to fill but also my FuelRewards number. It took more tries than I cared to count to get the entire process moving. Additionally, there is no ATM at this location so you'll be forced to walk over the 7Eleven next door if you need cash or want to make a quick pit stop of any sort. Definitely won't be back.

I don't know what the issue is but multiple times there has been one other car and I. The attendant stands there and starts the other car, then stares at the female driver or talks to their buddy or chats on the phone. I only go here if there is the strictest of needs, and never if I have any need of hurrying.
