Very disappointing experience overall. A bit of advice for anyone selling a home and listing with a realtor, if the sellers agent and the buyers agent work in the same office...RUN! Particularly if the sellers agent is also the broker. This definitely creates a conflict of interest.

This office is filled with agents that all work together as a team. Realtors work for themselves and run their own businesses, yet this group of people will always come together to help one another personally and within their businesses. I can't think of a better and more helpful group of people!
