This has been the closest body shop to my home. I used to work with other body shops recommended by friends. This time I gave them a try and it was amazing. See most body shops put all the fees in the book and do not think about the customer budget. Chris the owner is incredible besides dropping everything and taking care of the customer on premises and being a very skillful technician. He quickly sugested what parts need replacement and what parts could be repaired for a fraction of the price. Dina from the front desk is also providing outstanding customer service. The car was delivered in record time and the repair was perfect. The car looks better now than it was new.

Had the opportunity to work with Montville Collision. My Sister-in-law accidentally bumped into something on her 2021 Subaru Crosstrek rendering the bumper damaged and broken. I worked with Phil, at Montville Collision, to rectify the issue. Essentially, I bought a new bumper from Subaru, brought to Montville Collision, and had them repaint the bumper. (Did not go through insurance as deductible was $750) Mind you, the bumper was a three-stage pearl requiring extra care and attention. Instead of blending the paint onto the car, they simply asked me to leave the car there for two days so they could match the bumper paint to the rest of the car paint. All I can say is they did a phenomenal job with matching the paint. It really looks like nothing ever happened. Phil provided me with great customer service, insight, and assistance during the entire process. If I'm ever in a situation like this again, where one of my vehicles requires autobody assistance, I will definitely do business with Montville Collison. They are extremely skilled in what they do and are experts.

On Friday 2/16, I was traveling from NYC and while on the highway, I thought I popped 2 tires. I was scared, lost and freaking out to put it mildly. I didn’t even know what town I was in. I googled mechanics near me and this was closest. I made my way and thank God I did. The man sitting at the front desk was my guardian angel. Turns out, I did not pop 2 tires, the car shield came loose and was scraping against the floor. He fixed it immediately and refused to take any money. Of course I tipped him. I am so grateful for him helping this out of town, panicked woman. Highly recommend this place. Honest, helpful and kind. I so appreciate them.

Chris the owner was amazing. Even though he was incredibly busy he still made time to get back to me when he was able to. If it took him a little while to get back to me it was well worth the wait! His work was impeccable. My brand new 2022 car was hit from behind. A very frustrating situation. Chris made the repairs essentially painless. The car looks brand new again. If I’m being honest the inside was a mess when I dropped the car off and they even cleaned the inside for me. I got the car back with the outside and inside cleaned and feeling brand new. 10/10 would recommend!
