Since the switched to Provident Bank this branch did a complete 180. Poor customer service and lack of cash at the ATM.
This didn’t happen when it was Lakeland Bank. Better get your act together quickly or you will be losing a bank customer.

This bank sucks. Difficult to work with and very archaic banking tech and policies. Their employees/bankers have no clue what they are doing and consistently provide wrong information. I moved my all accounts to Kearny bank.

This bank doesn't deserve one star! The branch manager is condescending and unprofessional in her handling of customers. She is rude, unhelpful and lazy.
