We recently had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Lake Valhalla, and we cannot express how thrilled we are with the entire experience. The venue is absolutely stunning. The picturesque surroundings create an enchanting atmosphere that is simply breathtaking. Our guests were in awe of the beauty and charm that the venue exuded. The staff were exceptional. From the initial planning stages to the day of the event, they were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our wedding was flawless. The wedding coordinator, Daniel, is a true gem. His expertise and experience were evident as he guided us through the planning process, offering valuable insights and suggestions, and their attention to detail ensured that every element of the day was executed seamlessly. Overall, our wedding at Lake Valhalla was a dream come true. The venue's beauty, the exceptional staff, and the attention to detail made it an unforgettable experience for us and our guests. We highly recommend it to any couple looking for a scenic setting to celebrate their special day.

The event was a business dinner. The venue is quaint. Food was good.Service staff is amateur. ...Reaching for a plate that had a dinner roll on it and stood there waiting till the guest stopped eating, put their fork down, and took the roll off the plate to move it to the plate they were eating from. Just so this person could take the plate?They continually asked me if I was done with my coffee, which was half full. And it was right in front of me, not off to the side.Lastly, they wore black disposable gloves but no masks. What's the point? They didn't serve, only cleaned. It looked terrible.

My wife and I Had our wedding here in 2022. Never planned to leave a 1 star review but I'm still annoyed at the poor experience we had here. The venue wasn't open when we arrived the morning of our wedding. The bridesmaid suite wasn't open or prepared for her. Me and my party got put outside in a shed on the edge of the grounds next to the tennis courts that had no AC, no running water, and no bathrooms in August. After much calling and complaining they finally moved us to the bar even though we were promised the upstairs suite to get ready in. If someone asked for a drink while getting ready we kept getting told that it "wasn't part of the package." I had a couple hundred dollars worth of donuts delivered for dessert. They were left in a hot room where all the icing melted off and they put them out late after half of the guests left. The staff ended up getting to eat them. Place is also filthy. Every drink I had that day I had to return due to dirty ice. The final straw was my wallet was stolen by a staff member. Our stuff was placed in a room that was supposed to be locked. Apparently any and all staff were allowed to go in. The next day I went back to the venue to look for my wallet and spent hours combing the venue with no help from the staff or management. Never got compensated or even an apology. I don't ever like to leave 1 star reviews for any place but this place deserves it.

After the many weddings we've worked at Lake Valhalla Club, we always remain to be impressed every time. The breathtaking view of the lake provides a gorgeous backdrop, which truly makes such a statement. The staff at Lake Valhalla Club is very impressive and help to make the entire experience unforgettable. If you're in search of a venue with picturesque grounds and views and to truly make a statement on your wedding day, then look no further than Lake Valhalla Club!

Our wedding day was perfect. Daniel thought of every single detail and executed everything seamlessly. From making sure our cocktail hour was outside (despite potential rain) because it was important to us, to making sure we had enough to eat and drink, to organizing the bridal party/family for intros, speeches, and dances. Multiple people told us it was the best organized wedding they'd ever been to. The venue itself is gorgeous and photos do it no justice. The food is great and the drinks are well made. Coleen was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding-fast and smooth communication every time we reached out. We are so grateful we found this hidden gem and would choose it again every time.

This place is absolutely beautiful just had my wedding here yesterday and my husband and I loved it Daniel did absolutely amazing took control of everything and let us have our memories with no stress and the staff was wonderful as well and thank you as well coleen with helping us through this as well both you and Daniel were very patient and accommodating I highly recommend having your wedding, baby shower work events, etc food and drinks are delicious too!!!

My husband and I had our dream wedding at Lake Valhalla Club on August 19, 2023. This venue went above and beyond for us.We could not have asked for a more attentive, caring, efficient and experienced maitre'd than Daniel Rodas. Daniel made sure everything ran on schedule, calmed our concerns and thought of every detail! After our photos he made sure we had time alone in the bridal room to eat and relax with all our favorite foods and drinks. We are still talking about what an amazing job Daniel did. He took all the pressure off and we did not worry about anything. He personally took care of anything we needed. Lake Valhalla Club was beautiful and the service for our wedding was out of this world. It was the PERFECT day and this venue is absolutely incredible. I wish I could give more than five stars!

We visited here over the weekend for the wedding of a long time classmate of our sons and we consider him a son of ours as well. we're so happy for him and his beautiful bride. the staff was wonderful , the food was good and the place was beautifully set up they really did a great job

We had our wedding here in July and it was amazing!Coleen was so patient answering all my many questions and anything she didn't know she promptly found out. Very easy to communicate via email.Daniel and Daniel (yes there's 2!), were incredible in making sure everything ran smoothly. Their team made sure food and drinks were flowing, and we never had to worry about a single thing that day. Daniel went above and beyond in making our special drinks himself, as well as helping with our table set ups and even putting the flowers on the cake! We did a lot of DIY stuff, and it was all set up even better than we could have imagined it.Chef Rob and the kitchen team did a great job with the food. Everyone raved about the food! We also had very specific allergen and dietary restrictions that he made sure to follow.The venue itself is so beautiful with lots of character, and didn't need too much excess decoration.The smores add on is great for photos, and our guests loved it too!Our day couldn't have been more perfect. Thanks so much Lake Valhalla staff!

Scammers. If you were ever sent a free day pass don't fall for it because it won't be for free or anything! They will lie to you to get you to go there were there are very limited activities and you will end up paying so much for disgusting food. We had Coleen scamming us offering a day pass, however upon arriving there we didn't like the place at all and she ended up charging us for the meal and activities. Also staff is disgusting if you're new to the place they will treat you like you don't belong there! Even though they're just workers. Avoid

Do not work or book an event with this company.I was hired back in April for a summer position. Fast forward to approximately two days before my start date - I received a call from the president of the company, and he informed me that I was fired because the GM that hired me was also fired. BOOM! The worst call you can receive as a new employee. I didn’t get a chance to prove my worth or showcase my skills/abilities.I am currently experiencing a hardship due to this horrible experience. I don’t recommend this place at all. It starts from the top and if that’s the top imagine what the bottom feels like.
