Oh I cannot say enough about Raul, I am very grateful to him and for him! My teenage son lost our only car key and it was a nightmare trying to sort it out w the dealerships and OMG, the $$$$ they were quoting for the something or other they would have had to do bc I did not “have a key to duplicate” ? After explaining the situation to Raul, just to get some guidance, Raul drove to us to analyze the doodad in the car. (Sorry, I know nothing about cars ?) He tried a few things and referred us to Karis Locksmith in Fairfield. But Raul did not leave it at that, he checked in w them and us, diligently, until an affordable solution was found! Raul is one of the few mechanics that genuinely care for his customers What a blessing ??Today we have 2 car keys thanks to Bob and Travis at Karis Locksmith! Thank you Raul, YOU ROCK!! Raul is my go to mechanic. I've taken my car to him a few times now. He and John are both excellent. Very reasonable and honest. Quick to make repairs, every time I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon. I'm so happy to have found a local mechanic that I trust.
