He seemed like a genuinely nice person, which helped ease my frustration about the wait. However, I must say that the woman who called to inform me the car would be ready the following day was quite rude and inconsiderate. “The service at Auto Wurks Diesel is exceptional. I had transmission problems in PA and did lots of research on good shops around the area. I was in the process of taking my truck to the shop and actually broke down on the way. After contacting the shop to let them know, they gave me the number of a trusted tow service. Once the truck was there at the shop I got updates on the progress and was very impressed with the in-depth knowledge of their work. Anything that they came across while repairing the transmission that also needed attention was relayed to me for approval to fix as well. A rear main seal leaking and a transfer case seal. The new transmission performed flawlessly on our return trip home of almost 1,300 miles. I would recommend anyone in the general area with transmission problems or upgrades in general to use Auto Wurks Diesel after experiencing their customer service and knowledge of their profession.”

“My last post from 3 years ago still stands true today (3/23/24). Yet again the service manager, Jerry, and his team earn 5 stars from this damsel in distress. Another blowout on route 23 in the pouring rain. NJM roadside came quickly BUT the attendant couldn't get my spare out of my Outback. He was hammering away at something and to my surprise, had bent the bolt holding the spare in place and could not get the tire out. One frantic call to Jerry and without hesitation, he sent one of his team to my rescue who was able to saw the bold and get the spare tire out. Thank you again Wayne Subaru service team! I don't know what I would do without you!2021-This service department goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for their amazing customer service. Not only did they honor the warranty on my tires, but the service manager came and changed my flat and had a replacement tire for me all within an hour. The guys here had my car in and out the same day once the part arrived, pricing was fair, and they did a phenomenal job. The installation involved a small cutout for the hitch - their work was clean and tight. Made sure the internals were strong and done right. Can't recommend them enough. “Last week I went on the hunt for a good used car to surprise my daughter for her 17th birthday. I went to Lincoln of Wayne to look at their used inventory. I met Luis Herrera a sales rep. I must tell you that within minutes I found and negotiated a great deal on my daughters car. I explained that this was a surprise for her and we wanted to pick it up next week. Luis was not scheduled to work the day we picked up the car but boy did he come through. Luis had arranged for balloons, a bow, and even a cake for my baby girl. Peter the owner even came and introduced himself to our family, to ensure we were satisfied with the entire process. My daughter is truly over the moon with our new purchase. This means the world to us because we have had a rough year. We had a house fire and lost everything we own in that fire on Nov. 26 2022. The day before thanksgiving. it was great to see her so happy and excited again. Donna another sales rep spent well over 1 1/2 hours going over every detail and syncing her phone to the car with my daughter. I really want to thank all of the staff at Lincoln of Wayne you hit a the ball out of the park on this one. It means the world to us. Thank you the Brown family”

“On Friday 2/16, I was traveling from NYC and while on the highway, I thought I popped 2 tires. I was scared, lost and freaking out to put it mildly. I didn’t even know what town I was in. I googled mechanics near me and this was closest. I made my way and thank God I did. The man sitting at the front desk was my guardian angel. Turns out, I did not pop 2 tires, the car shield came loose and was scraping against the floor. He fixed it immediately and refused to take any money. Of course I tipped him. I am so grateful for him helping this out of town, panicked woman. Highly recommend this place. Honest, helpful and kind. I so appreciate them.”
